I only had like 8 drinks over the course of 5 hours which is not a whole lot for me so I don't know why I was so far gone but the last thing I remember is ordering food and a beer at a pizza place. Based on the amount they charged me I'm pretty sure I ordered two pizzas which is really disappointing because I didn't bring any pizza home with me and I probably didn't even finish one of them. I also called an Uber three times and then didn't get in it and got charged $5 for the cancellation each time. I don't remember it but I ended up taking a bus part way home then getting off the bus and taking an Uber for some reason even though the bus would've taken me a lot closer to home if I'd stayed on. I guess I've gotten too used to drinking beer, I gotta control myself a little better when I drink liquor

There's been an abandoned car on my street for about 3 months now. There a 24 hour impound notice stuck to it and the date written on it was in May. It's been turned in to see click fix by multiple people but nothing has happened to it yet. It doesn't even have license plates on it and I'm tired of it taking up street parking space. Is there any way to get the city to actually do something about it, or do we just have to keep shouting into the void that is see click fix in the hopes that something will be done eventually?

There's so much anticipation for this show and there are larger venues available. Choosing to play it somewhere that the vast majority of people will not get tickets is a disservice. Gasworks is also a public park and known for being hard to secure and a lot of people attempt to sneak into it during events with much lower demand for tickets, I'm genuinely concerned this is going to be unsafe with how many people didn't get tickets and will show up outside to hear it. They should move the show to an appropriate venue where more than a small percentage of those who want tickets have a chance of getting them

I know there will probably be a lot of feelings about the contract offer when it comes out. I'm not a negotiating team or BUC member and will find out the same time as everyone else, but I've talked to several members of the negotiating team and from some of the stuff I've already been seeing said I think it's really important to remind everyone that they are our coworkers who will be working under the same contract as the rest of us and no one wants us to get everything we deserve more than they do. The offer they've lifted is what they feel is the best they can do with the leverage they have. If we want to give them more leverage so they can go back and ask for more, we should reject it and authorize a strike. I really don't want to see the negotiation team attacked or ridiculed over this if the offer is lacking. They have worked hard for us and are ready to continue that hard work if we choose to send them back to the bargaining table. If we do that the best thing we can do is support them in fighting for more

I find it incredibly annoying that I can't have iMT default to on. I know there were kits for earlier years but they don't work with 2025 and newer cars from what I've heard. Has anyone found a kit that works?

I'm tired of the stress and time I spend calling around to pharmacies trying to find one with my dose and formulation of Adderall in stock every time my pharmacy is out. Are there any groups or resources to make it easier to find a pharmacy that has it in stock? Maybe just somewhere where people can report where they were able to find their meds?

I came home drunk at about 1am last night, I was very sleep deprived and don't really remember much after I got in the Uber that brought me home. I had taken the trash out and put a new bag in my trash can earlier in the day and when I woke up my trash can was in the middle of the kitchen instead of in the cabinet under the sink. I looked in it and realized there was liquid in it. My bathroom is maybe 10 feet from my kitchen and I live alone so it's not like there was someone else in it. Absolutely no idea what possessed me to pee in the trash instead of the toilet but I at least seem to have had good aim because the floor was totally dry

I've admittedly fallen out of my good eating habits in the last few weeks. I've still been reasonably active but my weight loss has been stagnant largely because I haven't been focusing on eating right. I'm trying to get back on it and one of the things I'm really noticing is eating good, nutritious meals really cuts down on hunger and cravings in between meals

I was eating out or food from the freezer a lot the past few weeks. Not a lot of vegetables and a lot of foods with a lot of calories but not a lot of nutrients. I felt like I was constantly hungry at times that I used to not eat because I didn't feel a need to. When I was losing weight I was really only eating a mid morning protein bar for breakfast but that wasn't sustaining me well enough. Last night I finally made some curry from scratch with chicken and bell peppers in at and this morning I didn't really struggle with limiting myself to a small breakfast

I feel like I see the advice that you can eat whatever you want and lose weight as long as you're in a caloric deficit a lot, and while that is true I think it's important to acknowledge the impact that proper nutrition has on hunger. If I go out and eat 1000+ calories of greasy fried food I end up feeling hungry a lot sooner than if I eat like I did last night, and my dinner last night was only 700 calories

I've tried to order pizza Hut twice in the last couple months and both times my order either won't go through or it goes through then is immediately cancelled. I've tried both the app and the website and it never works. Is this a common problem or is my local store just problematic?

This weekend seriously had some of the best vibes I've ever experienced at a festival. Every single person I met was wonderful. I reconnected with some old friends and made plenty of new ones and my biggest regret is probably that I didn't have time to get to know more of you. Good stuff everyone, even with the poor organization I haven't had that good of a time at a festival in years

I tried mixing Lagavulin 16 and cola 1:1 one time because someone told me it was good and they were actually right but every time I tell someone about it they look at me like there's something wrong with me. What are some of your favorite drinks that feel wrong?

I'm on vacation and seem to have misplaced the watch charger I brought with me. I figured no problem, I'll just use power sharing from my phone but it seems like that doesn't work. Did they really remove support for reverse wireless charging on the watch 8 classic? That's a huge disappointment if so
