Why wasn't Peppy more excited to see Pigma?

Pigma seemed thrilled. He said, "Peppy long time no see!" And in another line, Pigma called him "pal" indicating they're good friends.

But Peppy isn't really interested in Piglet. Doesn't really make sense to me. It's clear the Pig was trying to reconcile.

Going pro with a fisher price hoop

My neighbor is 17 and only uses a fisher price hoop. Doesn't play on HS team or anything. He was offered a full scholarship to DePaul. I have a kid coming. Should i get him a fisher price hoop? I want him to play for the Celtics ane make me lots of money.
