An incident happened between my (rental car) and another driver in a parking lot, there was no contact and max speed was 3km/h. Then i receive email from insurance asking me this? I have video evidence that i hope will rescue me but this type of thing is still worrying to me. thankyou from Australia, i am also foreign looking and speak English, i hope this was not a factor but looks to me possible (easy target ?)

I may be living in another decade but these automated telephone systems. "Did you know you can email us?" Yes i emailed two weeks ago and email said if i have further questions call this number. Finally get the correct branch of the company and get a recorded message "please use this email" ..Why am i calling to get an email?

Worth taking to court? Revenue NSW says "warning letter was sent", but i never received it. Council response "not legally needed to send warning letter" (we told Revenue we sent one to meet needed criteria)

Received the appeal outcome today via unregistered mail stating $300 not register companion animal fine stands.

As stated in a previous post, i may have confused micro-chipping registration with council registration,the vet may of explained something i do not remember as it was 3 years ago.

Hello I have been given my notice after review that my Council $305 fail to register companion animal has been decided as valid.

Q1.Does Council and Revenue NSW send out important letters via regular mail (i requested correspondence via email).

Q2. If Revenue NSW records show a warning letter was sent by council but nothing turns up, is this suspicious or not?

Q3. Should i take it to court sighting Q2 and that i honestly though micro-chipping registration included council registration.

As we were getting ready to close the doors and head off on the 7 hour flight, I hear a FA asking passengers who owns this XX coloured bag, I could see them then asking the surrounding rows, then a PA announcement was made. Crew then walked down the B777 asking passengers row by row saying the bag will be offloaded if no one owns it.

Was the aircraft not cleared from the last flight, i know the aircraft gets cleaned but surely someone clears out the old bags?? or it up to passengers to speak up??
