Now I wanted to note that I got help from a native American when designing this redesign.

They said my design wasn't too bad, but might need some tweaking depending on time.

Lore wise, the Red Tail Clan is the only family to keep thier traditional aspects while others go for the more European/ Western styled living (cowboys) due to adaptation and believing the old ways are obsolete.

My friend advised I use the Pabloean due to the time period and the Ute as a base.

Since the Ute came from the Pabloean. They said this would be cool.

I also used more lore focused design as opposed to just native American looks.

I got rid of the totem pole styled shoulder pieces for one. I added more feathers in certain areas cause the Ute liked feathers it seems, I used bone jewelry for his neck piece this time, bear skin and terror bird feathers and other theropod feathers.

The Redtail Clan prides themselves on killing things like bears and terror birds so I used that in the design

Nextly, I had also used smilodon fangs as hanging ornaments on the sides of his face.

I changed some attire aspects to match the Ute more as well.

Overall I tried to fuse my original lore aspects with some Ute influence and I hope this version feels more respectful and realistic in comparison to the first one.

Also the name Blood Jaw was given to him after his first kill being the fact he used his jaws instead of his claws.

But yeah shout-out to u/GrogorothFollower for their help in the design and research.

Many of the design ideas came from stuff like Hoyoverse, CRK, and Suikoden. And of course Egyptian themes and just cheetahs. (And yes I'm legally obligated to showcase each makes cake because I'm under a contract and just do it every time I draw a new male)
