PG&E has an Induction Cooktop loaner program
Such an odd program. Has anyone given this a try?
They also offer a rebate for switching to induction: https://www.energy.gov/save/home-upgrades

>During the presentation, Foss explained that while the Flock company name and presence have drawn ongoing concern from community members, Nevada City's Flock system, in particular, differs significantly from other camera models with more advanced features. Foss said the six installed cameras in the city, known as “Condor” models, are confirmed pan-tilt-zoom cameras with up to 25-times optical zoom and limited night enhancement. However, unlike other models, the Condors do not possess any facial recognition, ALPR, automatic traffic enforcement, audio recording, or autonomous tracking abilities.
>“I’m going to call them somewhat ‘dumb cameras,’” said Foss. “They're really just a camera that most people would associate with cameras for the last 20 or 30 years. They have to be manually manipulated by the operator, which is us, through the police department.”
>Foss added that because the cameras operate at a basic level, they cannot automatically determine when a crime is occurring. Instead, a live operator must watch the feed themselves and report any incidents. The system does, however, record and store video for 30 days, which Foss compared to a more sophisticated version of a Ring doorbell camera.
>Foss also acknowledged that while the cameras can technically use artificial intelligence to alert operators to activity, Nevada City does not currently have that feature enabled since the cameras are located in areas with constant activity and would therefore generate too many alerts.
>He also emphasized that NCPD would not share camera information with outside agencies such as Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) or anti-reproductive rights organizations to assist in arrests or investigations, citing it as a direct violation of the SB 54 California Values Act and other state laws.
>“We not only would not share that data, but we also couldn’t legally,” said Foss. “Our data is controlled exclusively by Nevada City PD.”
>In the case of ALPR technology used by the Grass Valley Police Department, the initial use and deployment had been well reasoned, understood at the time, and believed to be for the benefit of the community. This was all true. However, things have changed since that time - rapidly. Changes outside of our control have warranted a new look and assessment; questions that we have taken the past 60 days to evaluate, and answer questions that are relevant today but were different before.
Yeah yeah, I know you can toggle the display options in the upper right, but it's still bad unless you full-screen, and that's it's own kind of annoying.

Staff: Curious staff on both of our rides. No complaints.
Busses: I'm not sure If they are new, but they appear to be clean and in good condition. They appear to be suitable to carry a couple of wheelchairs as well. 12 or 14 regular seats.
No mods, on 3.0 experimental branch. Set to difficulty preset "warrior" and made some light adjustments from there. I confirmed "MaxChunkAge" value="-1" is set, so chunk reset should never happen, right?
I raised the issue with the server host, but it's a new company I've never dealt with before.
Anyone else experiencing this issue?
I can't think of any normal scenario where a customer would need both a regular router and a WiFi router. This has been happening for years and she had no idea what this charge was. It seems intentionally confusing.
Anyone have luck getting refunds in these cases?
Cherry Wine. I can see now I should have left more head space. 😃 The foam is currently right at the bottom of the lip of the cap, so it has about an inch before it gets into the airlock. It was about 80f yesterday, so the yeast is extra happy.
Started this batch on 5/31, so it's early in the process.
What can I do? Can I stir the foam down or ladle some off? Or should I remove some of the liquid?
If you put it in the mail today (or tomorrow) it may not be post marked before the cutoff date.
Here is a list of the drop-boxes and voting center around the county:

For the next two seasons, LTBMU will not be using herbicides in the area (the portion in the Lake Tahoe Basin), but relying on the other tools, according to the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA). However, in the future, they could be considered under the approved project actions and resource protection measures described in the Caldor Fire Restoration Project Decision Notice.
What the fuck instacart?
Just ranting. I'm going to contact customer service.
Didn't really find anything out there that fit what I was trying to do.
The NPC tokens are based on icons I purchased from Etsy. The interlocking panels are my own design.
"AI System Administrator" "AI Application Developer" "AI Platform Owner"
So weird.
