There is no getting past the defense of this fuckass deck. I’ve recently been diagnosed with with Defecation dyssynergia. For 3 years now, I’ve spent about 12,000$ on tests trying to cure what I thought was SIBO, or chrons, or colitis. I feel like I “flare” every time I eat high fodmap foods. Every test I’ve done has come back negative. The only thing to have a result is the anorectal manometry which diagnosed me with anismus. Is it possible my “ibs” is just severe hypersensitivity in my gut cause my pudendal nerve compression?? How likely is this?

Key symptoms I have are:

feeling of severe distention, despite visibly my gut not distending at all,

When I poop or let out gas, my body feels almost normal for like 30 seconds. It feels like the gas or poop is always trapped

When I sit my symptoms feel much worse.

I had a anorectal manometry that came back with a result of Dyssynergic defecation. I have constant pelvic pain that does get worse when I eat high fodmap, but I believe this might be my nerves being super hypersensitive just to the sensation of my gut expanding. I also get worse pain when I sit down, and I am constantly in a fight or flight mode with my gut, often holding it in due to the pain. These symptoms are all pointing towards possible pudendal nerve compression. Could this problem all be nerve related??? I’m going to go down this very expensive route to see if this is the cure
