If there's a game series I hold so close to my heart, this is definitely one of them. (Art: BloomingLynx)
HE’S HERE (sorry I didn’t want to take him out of the packaging yet.)
So um, I never figured it out… how do I make him speak? Dashie said this plush would be able to play new lines recorded by Dashie.
(Recommendation) You NEED to play Pipistrello and the Cursed Yoyo
Seriously, I loved this game SO MUCH. It's got some Metroidvania elements, but the core of it is a game heavily inspired by the GBA era, taking a lot from games like Minish Cap. For me, It was exactly what it needed to be, a fun adventure with great writing, an extremely likeable main character + other likable faces, great and creative dungeons, very expressive movement, a soundtrack that STILL manages to wiggle its way back into my brain, even when I'm sitting down doing nothing. The composers are Leonardo Lima, and Henrique Lorenzi. Also, there is a guest composition from Yoko Shimomura. (my favorite track on the OST is>!the Fadafest Convention!<) And it's got a surprisingly emotional little tale. It's on ALL console platforms + PC (Steam) and Epic Games Store for 20$.
No disrespect to PR, but something about this bothers me.
If the song really means that much to you enough to get emotional over a cover of it, why did you sign off officially on the removal of the LMS theme from the game? You are the owner of the game alongside Null, you had to approve that decision.
Edit: forgot to mention this is a new cover of Don't Blink
Just wrapped up Pipistrello... I loved it.
(Note; Screenshot 3 Shows the name of the games final area so if you don’t want to be spoiled on the name I just wanted to let ya’ll know)
It's not often a game resonates with me on every front, from a gameplay, writing, and story perspective. But this one did. It's not thought provoking or in depth, like MIO or Nine Sols, and it might seem 'simple' on the surface, but it's incredibly wholesome, and it is exactly what it needs to be, a nice, fun, adventure that wraps up in a really really wholesome way, and left me feeling all warm and fuzzy inside after I rolled credits. The main character, Pippit is extremely likable, the writing is very well done, and the pixel art is great. I highly recommend it. Took me 15 hours and 54 minutes to beat.
Excuse me what the fuck?!
I was trying to record a different video and then this happened.
(Pipistrello) ... I love this game so much man
I don't think I've laughed this hard at a game since The Stanley Parable.
It's happened, guys...
For the OM devs to have a song that transcended exe, and gained notoriety in the main Sonic community... For them to look at that and go 'yeah let's get rid of that just because the creator of the song did something weird' is truly a generational fumble.
(Pipistrello) I don't think that's how I was supposed to do that...
lol

I ran into this player online, but they DC'd and the bot kept their name, and then someone else ran into them.
Second screenshot is not mine
No matter what happens guys, the LMS themes being removed from the game doesn't mean they won't live on!
I just started playing this game, and I already love him.
Pippit looks so cool in this game man, I'm amazed at how expressive the pixel art is able to be.
