The art you are seeing is by Buck, not bucket on the official helldivers discord server and the character it's depicting is that of Azuli MY OC so now here's her lore.

Lore:

Azuli is a female Squ'ith citizen who in our language would go by the name of Azuli (when translated) and she loves swimming due to it being one of her many hobbies and she is considered a teenager in Squ'ith years and she lives on a planet far away from the milky way galaxy known as "Kai'thon".

Kai'thon is a tropical archipelgo planet that was colonised by the illuminate during the first few years of the banishment of the illuminate from the galaxy BUT after the greater illumina empire became more brutal and malicious in their ideas to defeat super Earth the people of Kai'thon rebelled and eventually seceded from the illuminate empire to become independent.

As for Azuli herself her Real name is "Azul'j" and she wishes to help the illuminate of Kai'thon rebuild After their defeat by The hands of Super earth.

So yeah that's all her lore that I've made so far (You're welcome to add new lore BUT it must fit with the lore so far)

I would love to see alternate outfits for Azuli! And please feel free to add a background if you like!

Finally let me tell you the reason why I'm doing this. It's because I would love to build a fan base around this One little character I made up a few days ago And I already love her. She is my child. You cannot stop me. She is my child now so yeah that's all I wanted to say. Anyways, have fun!

So I've had this question in my head for the last few hours now (as of writing this) that being:

Okay welcome back!

Now that you know of Both alien species let's set the scene of this little what if:

This will take place in a alternate universe where these 2 alien races exist in the same universe AND there is no super Earth only normal standard Humanity as of currently in real life, we're Also going to say there is nothing going on with the story of project Hail Mary right now like with the astrophage so this is just Purley focusing on the Eridians and the illuminate (A.K.A The Squ'ith).

Anyways finally lets say that this event of this what if is 1st contact between the squids and the Eridians AND We're also going to say the illuminate have a way to survive erid's atmosphere.

Anyways, that's everything!

So now I passed the question to you all!

How would the illuminate and the Eridians interact with each other?

What if the events of the anime "GATE: thus the JSDF fought there" happened in the same universe as project hail Mary AFTER the events of astrophage crisis?

I'm asking this question because I think it would be interesting for a crossover AU or Fanfiction and also both series don't have many fanfiction so it would be a really cool way to give them both fan fiction in a way.

Sorry for the short post I'm just very interested in this question but I've got not a lot to say so yeah that's my question.

I have 2 things to talk about regarding the "into the unknown" trailer.

1. The bear is back and it seems to show us what happens when something goes into the void! Also Well we still on the topic i've given a name to this bear that being "Hellie the hell-teddy" it fits.

2. We see at the end a illuminate that looks like a illuminate from helldivers 1 (I'll get more into it with the theory part in a few minutes) but anyways this has made things way more interesting....

So with all that said, let's get into theorizing.

The paradox plan theory:

As the name of this theory implies this theory is basically saying that the illuminate are time travelling or manipulating time itself in the void But I believe there's more to it than just time travelling.

My theory is when the illuminate were banished from the Galaxy after the events of helldivers 1 they met some kind of cosmic entity who taught them how to use dark fluid or some kind of adjacent energy source to manipulate the flow of time in a certain way that allows them to not only block out people from entering where it is but also bring things from the past to the current time.

So my idea is that the illuminate due to them literally being in their darkest hour (their near extinction) have decided to put a plan into place (that being the void) Where they are not only bringing their forces from outside the Galaxy but also The ancestors from the past into the present to help fight alongside them for their future.

In simple terms their pulling a "avengers endgame" on us in the terms of reinforcements.

So that's why I call it "the paradox plan theory" because think about it It's a time based paradox where the past and present are meeting for the first time BUT I could be completely wrong about this on the 12th so we'll just have to wait and see.

Anyways that's everything I have to say about the new trailer. I really did enjoy it and I think it was very creepy, especially with the teddy bears picnic song in the background.

• Neuro is autistic

• Neuro's parents are close with Rocky's parents to the point where rocky is a older sibling of neuro through their special friendship.

• Neuro is made up of amethyst, pink crackle quartz and obsidian.

So how it works is put the stuff you know about Salmonid lore into the comments of this post and that's it.

I'm doing this because not many people do know about the lore of the salmonids so I thought this would be a good place to do it.

we are a group made up of dissidents of Both the illuminate and super earth and we hate all factions in the galaxy (except the terminids) and we are ruled by families of Nobles who are voted into power by the people.

So before you all start going off and saying:

"The illuminate will just turn all the people into voteless and just be evil and everything!"

Well first of all were are using the illuminate from BEFORE the events of helldivers 1 and 2 let me educate you then on the TRUE LORE of the illuminate.

Their government was a Autocratic Directorial Theocracy and The Illuminate High Council manages the territories of the Illuminate, while the Great Eye monitors and regulates individual Squ'ith behavior. Council Members wield important authority over Illuminate society and are described as the "absolute masters of the Illuminate race".

BUT this government doesn't mean the illuminate were pure evil they were actually a peaceful species and they weren't equipped for war but somehow during the 1st galactic war they were able to hold their own.

The illuminate orginate from the planet of "Squ'bai shrine" (a water planet in the galactic south of the setting of the helldivers galaxy)

The real name of the illuminate are "the Squ'ith".

"It is believed that the Illuminate species, the Squ'ith as they call themselves, originated from the ocean and as anybody that has touched one will tell - you can still feel a slight sting from their electrolyte glands - something believed to be part of their evolutionary baggage. This also translates into their usage of electronic and nano-powered devices; they went down the path of electricity in the same way we did from rocks to bullets."~ Science Officer - Helldivers 1

At the end of helldivers 1 the illuminate were defeat and they were forced to surrender that forced them to give up their technology and banish them from the galaxy.

Back during the 1st galactic war the illuminate Never had the voteless or anything resembling biomechanical technology that we see in helldivers 2.

Im not looking for a single person to make art for me think of this as a challenge to flex your art muscles for a non Humanoid character and also think of it as a way to express your artstyle!

Well the title explained it mostly but really quickly I'll just say this that being I THINK (take it with a grain of salt here) that Salmonids can reproduce really quickly so they are essentially just as numerous as the Tyranids from Warhammer 40k are (I think).

Anyways I just want to also say I love the salmonids and I think they could win if they use all the stops like king of salmonids and seasoned Salmonids alongside their main forces.

But they do use ink HOWEVER the salmonids do have physical weapons like frying pans and stuff so maybe they could take out a few soldiers on both sides but I don't know.

As some of us has pieced together from some of the short snippets from the Splatoon raiders direct not only is there a song that plays that shiver MAY recognise (shown in image 1) but also it seems that There are hints hinting at the clans of the splatlands that each member of deep cut is a part of has a Deep (haha joke there) connection to.

So here's my theory I believe that the Spirhalite Islands is the homeland of the 3 main tribes of the splatlands that being the Hohojiro clan, the Onaga clan and the Manta clan all can trace their ancestry back to the Spirhalite Islands and what ever civilization that lived there.

Another thing to note is that I believe the ancient flooding based disaster that we see in the sunken scroll (image 4) was stopped by the ancestors of deep cut due to the symbol of Deep cut appearing in the ancient texts.

Finally I just quickly want to fairize about the salmonids that being I believe the salmonids and the ancient civilization (that I believe we're the ancient ancestors of deep cut) had a strong relationship (due to the relics we see in raiders).

I theorise that the "mythic Salmonids" we see in raiders are actually king Salmonids who gained immortality in some way shape or form.
