New grad here the LTC I am working on has no wristbands or identifiers. The residents also have dementia. I am suppose to remember the residents by face and routine. The system is also Point Click Care but I’m more familiar with Epic. I only have 7 buddy shifts before I am on my own.
How do I get more efficient in patient care, memoizing residents and routine? I also need to develop new skills and work on a totally new system with Point Click Care.
