Definitely a filler novel. Here are some of my thoughts:

1. ⁠Disappointing to still not have any update on Elaine’s love life. Will we get that in the last book? 🤔
2. ⁠The only exciting part of this book for me was (my) Lucian’s scene 🥰. However Feyre was such a dick to Lucian and I don’t like that at all.
3. ⁠Nesta is really written well. She’s not at all a likable character FOR ME but I can’t deny she’s written well…so much tension and angst when it comes to her scenes! I just know there’ll be fireworks between her and Cassian in the next book…I do hope so! It’s gonna be like The Taming of the Shrew.
4. ⁠WE KNOW YOU ARE MATES! You don’t have to mention it every time. My goodness!
5. ⁠My faves from this book: Lucien and Azriel. I’d so read a book about their individual stories.
6. ⁠So, yes, Tamlin messed up. Buttt can we still give him a happy ending? I wish for him a mate (maybe a new female bombshell character enters the villa?). I do still like him as a character so I wish well for him and not total destruction like many of the IC clearly do. I need him to build back from his hurt (and sins).
7. ⁠Just a nuisance- Feyre sticking out her tongue and tapping her foot is so juvenile (she’s 21 now, is that what we’re still doing!?)
