T-Mobile doesn’t do this! Why do retailer partner customers pay more for the phones? For example the 17P without trade is $4.43 for standard new customers and $9.99 for retailer partners! Why?

Also does the $300 AMEX Reward Card offer apply even if you don’t do the purchase as a retailer partner customer?

The title, really. I have Fios and Verizon postpaid service rn. Would consider the new Visible Internet thing but it says I'm not eligible when I enter my address (despite the fact that I have Fios already). Do any Verizon Value brands still offer the discount?

Looking through the website and basically every single Nintendo, Sony, and Xbox console is out of stock. The few that are Express Pickup only are not available at any store within a 25-mile radius. Do these consoles ever come back in stock?

Every good case I've seen has a raised edge that basically disappears after applying a screen protector, even the more "rugged" kinds. Any recommendations for nice cases that have a significant raised edge even after a screen protector is applied? Don't want anything extremely bulky though.

The title. I know you can still do Verizon promos through Apple directly but can you still get the $200 gift card for adding a line if I do it through them?

Basically the title. 3rd line is 100% paid off. Can I cancel the 3rd line, then add a new line to get a new phone for free, even if it means getting a new number? Is there anything I'm missing here? Any catches or "gotchas?"

Ported out some numbers from Verizon a bit over a week ago and want to come back. To qualify for promotions as a new customer can I open a new account under my partner’s name to port those numbers back in? Promotions like the $15/month switcher discount for Simplicity? Or the free iPhone 16 with new line on Unlimited Welcome?

Filed BBB and FCC complaints on evening of the 19th. Also emailed Tracfone Corporate and only got an automated reply that I’ll get a response in up to 48 hours. It‘s been around 43-44. I checked my spam folder and that my phone’s spam call filtering is off. When is corporate or a senior agent going to call me?

I came in asking for the iPhone 16e $79.99 + 3 months of Total 5G ALL ACCESS upfront ($195) deal. He said yes but idk what he did. He gave me the 16e with 1 month of service paid upfront on the $55 plan and a Galaxy Tab A11+ 5G with 6 months of free service. He won’t take anything back since he already activated it. We paid $275 total and he said the phone is $79.99 + $55 and the rest is a bunch of activation fees and port-in fees. Now he’s saying that we can’t change the $55 plan to a lower plan until 4 months in. I know I just got screwed over. What do I do here? Can I switch the plan to the $35/month plan without issues?
