I came in asking for the iPhone 16e $79.99 + 3 months of Total 5G ALL ACCESS upfront ($195) deal. He said yes but idk what he did. He gave me the 16e with 1 month of service paid upfront on the $55 plan and a Galaxy Tab A11+ 5G with 6 months of free service. He won’t take anything back since he already activated it. We paid $275 total and he said the phone is $79.99 + $55 and the rest is a bunch of activation fees and port-in fees. Now he’s saying that we can’t change the $55 plan to a lower plan until 4 months in. I know I just got screwed over. What do I do here? Can I switch the plan to the $35/month plan without issues?

I did a free trial with Visible and liked it. But before I commit to the 1-year Visible+ Pro plan, is there any money back guarantee? If things go wrong with Visible within the first month or something could I get a refund for my service? Just want some assurance before I dish out the full $225. Only if the service is horrible or doesn’t work for whatever reason.

I know it says $199.99 on the website but I called a rep and told them I heard from a friend it was $79.99 and they said yes? Did something change? Is this BS or is the promo actually being updated/got updated?

Want to get the 16e but $199 + $195 plan feels too much imo. Has Total ever offered it for cheaper or are there any discounts?

This is a niche (maybe) situation but I ported out of VZ a few days ago and want to come back. Though I had 5 lines + a watch line with 4/5 phone lines + the watch having balances and now I'd be coming back with 3 lines and no watch, all paid off. Are there any good discounts or promotions for this? Or in general? Also for upgrading devices? Unfortunately I know this means I won't qualify for new customer promos...

I saw ATT Prepaid is giving the iPhone 16e for $299.99 and they have a $25/month plan. Theoretically can’t I just stay with them for 6 months until the device unlocks and bring the phone to Total who is doing $20/month BYO?

Looking for a cheap cell phone plan on the Verizon network (other carriers don't work very well in my area). 3 lines. For 2 of the lines I would be OK bringing my own phones if it yields savings, though I would prefer phone deals if possible. For the third line I would need a new device so looking for deals on that too. Priority data is preferred, must be unlimited. Any recommendations?

Looking to switch to Total in the next few days...are there still issues with porting in/for new customers?

What I mean is, I know for example Total is offering the iPhone 16e for $199 with the 3-month total all access plan. I’m trying to bring over 3 lines on the Total Max 5G BYO but only have 2 devices to bring over. Can I buy the 16e with the 3 month plan, take it with me, and then port in to Total but on the BYO this time again? Or do I have to get the phone from another carrier?

I know the device unlocking policy changed a while ago so I want to make sure. Thanks in advance.

I want to switch 3 lines over to Total. To get the $20 Total 5G MAX BYO, if I just create three separate accounts for three lines can I get it for $60? Does it include taxes and fees? Do all of the accounts have to be under a different name?

Why is it even more expensive for 3 lines if they’re all under one account? If I do the 3 separate accounts loophole will they flag it and remove my promotion?

So I ported in to T-Mobile a few days ago from Verizon (no technical issues with Verizon, just that the bill was too high) and my service is wildly inconsistent.

For context I live in a major city with 5G UC/5G and am supposed to be well covered by towers by all carriers. At the T-Mobile store, I had fast 5G UC service. At my home, I have frequent dropped calls (though that has subsided a lot recently) and slow service—sometimes 0 bars, usually 1-2 and rarely 5G, let alone UC, though now I’m getting 5G/UC more consistently.

Sometimes service was so slow that speed tests yielded less than 1 mbps. I contacted T-Force early on and we tried everything—a provisional refresh, network settings reset, power cycling the device, switching between 5G/LTE only, etc. T-Force even submitted a ticket with the offline engineering team and they supposedly checked the towers in my area and everything was found to be working fine.

The service seems to be getting slightly better but has anyone faced similar issues? Currently don’t know what to do as T-Force can’t really provide me a resolution right now.

Global as in GLOBAL not the "global auditions" they hold for K-Pop groups. I know HYBE x Ryan Tedder exists but they seem to be taking 17+ boys - mostly around 19-20 y/os. I really want to audition. Do you think KATSEYE's label, HYBE x Geffen, will make one soon? Or another HYBE label?
