Solo travel to Catanduanes - My new favorite PH province
Solo traveled to Catanduanes last April and I was blown away! Rented a motorcycle and explored half of the province for 5 days.
So far, ang favorite local destinations ko ay Batanes for the views, Siargao for surfing and beach vibes, Camiguin for waterfalls. Turns out Catanduanes has them all.
This is a destination that I wanted to gatekeep, but the locals really need the income from tourism. I stayed for 2 nights in Poseidon Cove Beach Resort at grabe muntik na ko maiyak nong pag-open ko ng logbook, 1 week ago yung previous guest. Ako lang din ang guest during my whole stay. And it's the peak of the summer pa.
Stayed for another 2 nights sa Puraran Beach Resort. Mas maraming tao, but still ang konti for summer. This is the common jump-off for Binurong Point. Also the best place to have lobsters. Got 4 pcs for P800 including paluto.
