My scalp gets too dry, flakes everywhere, sobrang nakakahiya na. Grabe pagpag ng flakes, may times na makati anit kapag mainit panahon.

I have already tried different things:

- selsun blue

- no shampoo, water only

- with shampoo

- keratin

- petroleum jelly

- no bathing for a day

- 2x bathing day

- head and shoulders

- etc

Ang di ko pa lang natatry is magpatingin sa derma, mga magkano kaya aabutin? Gipit pa sa ngayon eh, need mag ipon

ABYG? After ng burol ng mama ng gf ko umuwi na ako, nagpaalam naman ako tapos nag okay siya pero nung nalaman niyang umuwi talaga ako humagulgol siya sa iyak kasi kung kailan daw need niya ako don ako umuwi. 1 week ako doon sa kanila tumira at nakitulog, tumulong ako sa lamay, sa gawain, at emotional support sa kanya. Pero sobrang linis niya sa katawan at face ha, as in makinis siya at mabango at aesthetic sa socmed kaya hindi mo aakalain na ganon ang bahay nila, mayaman sila parang resort yung structure ng bahay at lupa nila sobrang lawak, walang problem sa finance nila sure ako. Umuwi na ako, nangangati na katawan ko, di ko kinakaya amoy nagtatakip na ako ng ilong, hindi ako makatulog, nagkaka ubo na din ako.

Anyway, ako ba yung gago kasi iniwan ko siya sa oras na kailangan niya ako? Andon naman ako ng 1week eh.

EDIT: Mga prior punta ko dito months and years ago, may mga ganon na akong nakita pero shrugged off ko lang kasi baka dahil sa ganito ganyan, pero up until now ganon pa rin ang pattern, sa tingin ko ganon na talaga culture nila don since ito yung pinakamatagal kong stay sa kanila

Anong best place to do wfh with around 40k gross salary? May bahay naman kami sa province pero gusto ko ng piece of mind talaga kaya magrerent na lang ako. Currently, hybrid setup ako dito sa manila.

Ang iniisip ko siguro maganda sa province kasi much cheaper ang rent and bilihin? gusto ko din sana sa baguio pero napansin ko madalas ang pagbrown out (tama ako no?) pero syempre magagawahan ng paraan, bili ako maliit na generator, etc.

Problem/Goal:

I am so bad at job interviews, sobrang introverted person ako, as in hindi ko mahanap right words, kabado, nags-stutter, hindi makapag eye contact, nilalamig kamay, nanginginig bunganga, etc.

Context:

I am currently a working professional, 1 year na ako and once lang ang calls (overseas departments kausap) kasi highly technical ang aming team. I actually recently provided an automation solution that had helped my entire team, ganyan din ako ka-technical.

I wanted to hop to another company, pero during interviews, halatang sobrang bad ng performance ko kaya initial interviews pa lang bagsak agad kahit kuhang kuha ko naman qualifications.

Unlike dito sa first job ko, interview was just so chill and casual.

Management is looking for someone who's good at excel in my team, there's an increase in salary, most of my team keeps mentioning me as I have automated some processes they manually do, but they didn't know that I only know some formulas and I use AI for macros, I am also very resourceful, though I am willing to actually learn these if ever I actually take this opportunity.

Should I fake it till I make it?

I'm a filipino and went back to Manila. Today, I saw an american man in Cubao, who seems like he just recently became a homeless (he's clean, flawless long hair, he still is not skinny yet, etc.). I'm an introvert, and I wanna ask him personally that time, but I didn't, I just gave him money.

Now, the question is, if the reason for him becoming homeless was due to either: a filipina, a snatcher, or unplanned financials, then why doesn't he get some help? He can approach anyone, or the police officers, or even the US embassy, I'm not judging him, I'm just curious.

Problem/Goal:

I'm a fresh grad at my first job, and I'd like some advice on whether I should share an automation tool I built with a coworker.

Context:

I've been handling Client X for the past few months. During that time, I created an automation that significantly sped up our workflow. A task that used to take around 20–40 minutes now only takes about 1–5 minutes using the tool.

I made sure my manager knew about it, but it wasn't really acknowledged or recognized.

Recently, my manager reassigned me to different clients, and Client X was handed over to a more tenured colleague. He has an attitude that rubs me the wrong way. Whenever I ask for help, his response isn't professional, he tends to act like he's above me, even though we're in similar roles.

Now I'm seeing that Client X keeps sending urgent follow-ups because he can't keep up with the workload. The automation would likely solve most of the issues, but I'm conflicted about whether I should share it with him.

I already mentioned the automation multiple times to my manager months ago, but nothing came of it. I haven't offered it to my colleague yet, and he hasn't asked about it either.

Would you share the tool anyway, or just let management handle the consequences since they reassigned the work?

TL;DR:

Is there anyone here who has achieved the desired salary without upskilling? What I mean is, you just do well in your job without upskilling after work hours, you just do well. Kasi I feel like there's more to life than this, I could have enjoyed my coffee watching my fav tv series instead of upskilling within my free time. I could have played with my dog, I could have enjoyed bird watching, I could have just slowed down and lived at the moment.
