Just looking for cheap good options. Not expecting them to be like 10 riyals 😭. Just want the best value for money since I need to buy quite a bit.

Is it alright for me to get a birthday gift for her or will it be awkward?

In the most basic way I can explain: I’m Muslim, male and quite young (in my 20s). There’s this girl I’ve met at work who’s Muslim and is also quite young (in her 20s). I met her in April and for the past 4 months we’ve become really good friends and very close. Thing is I’ve always had a crush on her and when starting to talk to her in April, my feelings became more but, as of now we’re both not ready for anything (although she doesn’t know I like her). But that’s not what this is about

My question is her birthday is next Thursday. I want to buy her something for her birthday. I was planning on buying her a card, her favourite chocolate and her favourite perfume (not expensive at all). Thing is she’s a hijabi and we’ve only known each other for 4 months (even though we know a lot about each other cos we’ve talked a lot). Would it be awkward to give it to her. Will she take it the wrong way? Or will it come off as nice and thoughtful. This isn’t me trying to confess it’s me giving my friend a gift

Please help!

Her birthday is next week and I need help please!

Here are some things I know about her favourites:
Pink/red lip blossom by laneige
London Fashion Elixr - Every day fragrance
Likes Reef Summer and Reef 33 (Expensive)
Lindor White Chocolate - Favourite Chocolate
Sensations is her favourite crisp
Really likes Cadbury chocolate fingers and maltesers
YSL Libre Edau Parfum - Loves but Only Uses For Occasions (Expensive)
Rose - Favourite flower
Pink - Favourite Colour (Red is second)

Context: we met at work and I’ve fallen for her hard. She doesn’t know I have and frankly I don’t know her intentions with me either. She throws so many mixed signals (don’t you just hate mixed signals) and it’s clear we’re more than friends but less than lovers (since none of us have confessed or anything). Reason why she hasn’t said anything is because her perception of love is that it’s rare because of the way she’s experienced it (the men in her family are disgusting when it comes to love and 5 years ago she liked a guy went out in one fate and he treated her so bad that she broke off immediately and has never been in a relationship after not even thought about it. Also her dad trying to get her married off she’s 22 and Muslim so he wants her to marry young but again love is rare for her and she’s not ready for anything right now). Reason why I haven’t confessed is because I’m extremely nervous and scared most of all she’s my best friend and i have to consider the fact that if I confess she can reject me and rejection will mean the end of our friendship and I’m not ready for that I don’t wanna lose her. We’ve been talking straight for 4 months. Also I’m 23 Muslim and we’re both living in the uk with our families. But if I’m being totally honest I don’t think either of us are ready right now. Like I’m working on myself and she is too. Although if she were to come to me right now and confess I’d drop everything to be with her (I’d still work on myself I meant everything else)

Though her birthday is next Thursday, I plan to give her gifts on next Tuesday since I’m only seeing her on Tuesday next week in person.

What do I buy her? I’ve labelled two items as expensive because they are but I don’t mind getting them cos she worth everything but I just thought I should put that out there.

Also note, I can actually make roses out of paper like origami style. Just thought I should throw that out there as well

Hi everyone! Need help deciding on what to get her for her birthday. Thanks!

Her birthday is in 2 weeks and so far, I’ve made a list of what to buy her which is:
Her 2 favourite perfumes
Her favourite chocolates
A birthday card

What else can I add to make it memorable and thoughtful and show my loc and care without me saying it. I’m scared, almost cowardly with it because I’ve never loved a girl this deeply before in my life. I don’t wanna lose her. I’m 23 and never been in a relationship and for the first time in my life I found something, someone genuine and perfect. Never been so sure about someone in my entire existence. Please help!

Long story short I fell in love with this girls 3 and a half months ago and we talk a lot. And I really want it to be her so bad. She doesn’t know I like her (at least I don’t think she does) and her feelings to me are so unclear. Like I feel as if there’s so many mixed signals from her side.

Maybe one day I’ll tell you all our story. That one day being in the near future 😂 Near future being like couple days

Help me create the most perfect 5 day workout split please, thanks!

I'm transitioning from a 6-day PPL split to a 5-day routine because I've realised I'd prefer having two rest days instead of one. The problem is that I'm struggling to decide on the best split.

A lot of people recommend Push / Pull / Legs / Upper / Lower, but I'm concerned that the Upper and Lower days might not provide enough volume for each muscle group.

For those of you who train 5 days per week:

  • What do you think is the best 5-day workout split for muscle growth?
  • Why do you prefer that split over others?
  • Could you provide a sample routine so I can see how you structure volume and recovery throughout the week?

For context, my main goal is hypertrophy muscle size mass (not really in it for strength just aesthetics), and I've been running a 6-day PPL up until now.

Thanks everyone!

Planning to start gym in a week and currently drafting a plan to reach my goals by the end of the year, please help!

I have a plan to get to 15% body fat as soon as possible. Though I want to get to 15% as soon as, I am giving myself a 6 month window (July to December) but if I can achieve the goal quicker than 6 months then the better. So I have a gym plan and a diet plan. They are:

Gym - 5 days a week of Push/Pull/Legs/Upper/lower/Rest/Rest. Also I will be doing roughly 1 hour of incline treadmil every eveing on Monday to Friday and on Saturday and Sunday too (planning to do active recovery althoug, I will take it lightand no overwork myself)

Diet Plan - Breakfast (more like lnch lol) is at 14:00pm and will 3 sunny side up eggs with a can of tuna (110 calories and 25g protein in a can). Will have 4 scoops of protein (2 shakes a day each shake is 2 scoops and 500ml of water, each scoop is 22g protein and 120 calories). And then will have dinner at 20:00pm. Dinner will consist of carbs and veg ad protein and total to about 750 calories and total to about 40g protein. Will also have 10g creatine a day with 500ml of water and also have 3 litres of water a day (not including the protein shake liquids)

My stats are:
Sex: Male
Age: 23 years old
Weight: 75kgs
Body Fat Percentage: 22-25% (used the navy methd to calculate so)
Height: 172cm tall.

My question is, should I do some form of home calisthenic bodyweight workout using no equipment? If so, what should I do and how many days a week should I do it?

Please advise me, thanks!!!!!
