Help me create the most perfect 5 day workout split please, thanks!

I'm transitioning from a 6-day PPL split to a 5-day routine because I've realised I'd prefer having two rest days instead of one. The problem is that I'm struggling to decide on the best split.

A lot of people recommend Push / Pull / Legs / Upper / Lower, but I'm concerned that the Upper and Lower days might not provide enough volume for each muscle group.

For those of you who train 5 days per week:

  • What do you think is the best 5-day workout split for muscle growth?
  • Why do you prefer that split over others?
  • Could you provide a sample routine so I can see how you structure volume and recovery throughout the week?

For context, my main goal is hypertrophy muscle size mass (not really in it for strength just aesthetics), and I've been running a 6-day PPL up until now.

Planning to start gym in a week and currently drafting a plan to reach my goals by the end of the year, please help!

I have a plan to get to 15% body fat as soon as possible. Though I want to get to 15% as soon as, I am giving myself a 6 month window (July to December) but if I can achieve the goal quicker than 6 months then the better. So I have a gym plan and a diet plan. They are:

Gym - 5 days a week of Push/Pull/Legs/Upper/lower/Rest/Rest. Also I will be doing roughly 1 hour of incline treadmil every eveing on Monday to Friday and on Saturday and Sunday too (planning to do active recovery althoug, I will take it lightand no overwork myself)

Diet Plan - Breakfast (more like lnch lol) is at 14:00pm and will 3 sunny side up eggs with a can of tuna (110 calories and 25g protein in a can). Will have 4 scoops of protein (2 shakes a day each shake is 2 scoops and 500ml of water, each scoop is 22g protein and 120 calories). And then will have dinner at 20:00pm. Dinner will consist of carbs and veg ad protein and total to about 750 calories and total to about 40g protein. Will also have 10g creatine a day with 500ml of water and also have 3 litres of water a day (not including the protein shake liquids)

My stats are:
Sex: Male
Age: 23 years old
Weight: 75kgs
Body Fat Percentage: 22-25% (used the navy methd to calculate so)
Height: 172cm tall.

My question is, should I do some form of home calisthenic bodyweight workout using no equipment? If so, what should I do and how many days a week should I do it?

Looking for a very good yet cheap set of wireless buds, please help!

Let me be clar I don't want headphones/headset. Specifically looking for wireless buds that are good, will last long, and is cheap and reliable. I don't care for brands, it could even be non branded not really fussed. It can be from Tiktok shop, Ali Baba, Temu or whatever site you know.

Salaams all. Is there any specific practices for dua?

What I mean is, forms of worship specifically for dua. So I do:
Tahajjud salah
Salatul Hajaat

I offer these two salahs and make sincere dua. But, I was wondering, is there any other form of worship like these two that I can offer/pray and then make sincere dua in hopes that my duas have a higher/better chance of getting accepted?

Also is there any prayer for like guidance and stuff?

I know that our duas are always heard by Allah and Allah will either accept them or replace them with something better. I just want to do be doing the most I can.

For anyone that goes PureGym on Monday to Friday evenings after 21:00pm, how packed is it?

About to join the gym and I’m still thinking of a time to go. I really don’t want to go early morning and, after my 9-5 the I heard the gym gets packed with ‘office worker’ (if you know what I mean). So the best time for me to go is in the evening after dinner around 21:00pm. Just wanted to know how packed does the gym get around that time and, is it possible to workout without being waiting for too long or having too many people around (I don’t mean loads of people at the gym I just mean can I do my full workout without being help being in the gym for like 2 hours or more you get me).

I know this isn’t a usual question but I really need advice. So there’s this girl, she’s perfect in every way and she’s very good with her deen. Me on the other hand, whilst I’m good with my deen, I’m not as strict as her.

She wears a head scarf, observes all her prayers, even said that she might end up wearing full niqab. Plus other stuff, she is a very good Muslim and she’s so perfect. (I’m so in love with her, not the point).

Me on the other hand, I’m hafiz, pray all my namaz and try to be a good Muslim but, I know that I’m not as religious as her. Like I don’t want my wife to wear a niqab. Head scarf I don’t mind. I’ve got a high sexual drive and I feel like hers is not as high (you get where I’m going with this???)

Considering our differences, should I pursue her or should I just see her as a friend so that it doesn’t hurt as much later when my feelings deepen even more?

I just want her to be as happy as she makes me everyday. She’s honestly my favourite person ever. She’s so cute and adorable and perfect no one compares to her (yeah you can probably tell I’m deeply in love with her) to the point where she’s on my mind 24/7 I don’t want to hold her back, or make her regret in future or be disappointed with me standing by her side.
