Does "good feedback" even mean anything?

Made it to the the 5th round of interview for a job.I answered almost everything the recruiter asked and when I asked for feedback,recruiter replied "feedback was good from my side".But still got rejected.

Is teaching considered in experience?

Ive been having a pretty hard time getting a job right now but I've got an opportunity to teach in school and a college too.Can i switch back to software development after this? Or should I just remain jobless and keep searching for software jobs?
