Goodwill has the meat
Anything cut glass comes home with us, some may have started life as a candy dish, but they leaned fast.
Time to trim and do the stairs
Going to build the hearth for the wood stove soon as well. I also need to paint the pantry and bathroom.
Bought a baguette mold to make them straighter, and…
Took it out of the mold after baking and the shape was awful 😂
Lazarus
Died a few months ago, walked through the garden to find this. Time to take her to the chiropractor.
223 to 308 with a few extras
Had a 223, needed a 308, did a few things. R700 bolt.
To answer the question, I pulled the handle off prior and fixed the primary extraction before brazing it back. I also cut the cocking ramp to a helical pitch that is easier to open.
A very small portion of our mugs.
We live near Hocking Hills and the Midwest Glassware outlet, so we're plumb full of random and odd Fiesta stuff.
Cherry Pie and clones
I use welding wire to train these days, just stretched her out at day 120+.
Nothing crazy other zero training to spread eagle.
Used a paver to lap my large egg rim, worked amazing.
Had to replace the gasket, used the paver as a faux surface plate. Worked amazingly well to even the lip out. It maintained 3 points of contact and left a beautiful finish for the adhesive.
Permatex Red Optima
Has anyone used only Permatex Red Optima for a gasket on their egg?

That's a Puroilator 2000 filter, starts where the picture was taken, stops about 300ft later.
