I have seroquel and hydroxyzine to take as needed for panic attacks or ocd spirals, but I've started to convince myself I don't actually need them and I'm just taking them to "get high" even though they dont even make me feel good. Now I'm too scared to take them, even when I'm having severe panic. Idk what to do.
I'm nauseous and feel sorta dreamy. Prozac and zoloft both made me feel anxious and groggy when starting them, but I think effexor might be the med for me. If this feeling increases, I can see my anxiety going away completely. I already feel like my panic attacks are less intense and all consuming.
