Ive always loved having my blood drawn and seeing others get their blood drawn, idk why, but ive put a lot of thought into becoming phlebotomist. I feel like when I try to research it, I just get blown up with scams and fake schools. I have a high school diploma if that counts for anything. Any advice is greatly appreciated, and budget is not a current worry for me 🙏🙏🙏
I had mild stomach pain and nausea building up for a few weeks, until about a week or two ago it was so bed I went to the ER multiple days in a row. It's right where my belly button is, radiating upwards. Ive had an ultrasound, a stool sample, a urine sample, and a blood test. Ive been told it's not an infection, it's not my gallbladder, and it's not an ulcer. I'm taking Zofran, Seroquel, and Pantoprazole prescriptions and taking gravol, gaviscon, Tylenol, and tums otc to deal with the pain, but even on all of that I'm in pain and nauseous all the time. I have more blood tests on Wednesday, but I'm scared those will come back with no answers. I don't know what to do.
They are so small, and I feed them so healthy, and yet every other day I have to give the tank a wipe down because of all the poop.
I have snails, but slugs scare the shit out of me. Scared to touch them, scared to look at them. But, I want to love them as much as my snails. They are both gastropods and equally deserving of love. Any advice for a beginner to slugs would be so helpful.
This is my second of three snails, Chaos, and he's so much dumber that the other two. He constantly goes too far from his shell and falls over, and when he's not doing that he's attempting to climb his own shell. He also will only poop in one specific corner of the tank. I love him, but he would not have made it in the wild 😭
Ive been smoking entirely too much weed for a couple years now, and the past few weeks I've been waking up horribly painfully nauseous and nothing is helping. My Dr said it might be, but she doesn't know. I'm getting a stool sample next week, and I can't have any nausea relievers until then and all I have left to ease my nausea is weed, but the possibility that it could be CHS has scared me out of smoking. Anyone know what I can do?
Update: I stopped smoking, the pain continued getting worse, Ive been to the ER twice now and they've basically said they have no idea whats going on but it seems serious. No gallstones, no kidney stones, they said it didnt seem like CHS but they'd rather I continue to quit weed just in case. Ive basically spent the last two days just writhing in pain unable to eat, ive been prescribed an antacid and been given a stool sample order. Ill update when I get a diagnosis.
