So the new maintenance hours will kick in next month.

The change will allow for it to become more friendly with USA / Canadian timezones (which has concerned some North American players as well as North American arcade operators who were concerned about sales loss during non-NA friendly time zones)

however

the flipside is that it has upset some players from Hong Kong, Taiwan and possibly Korea (since a number of them still play past midnight in their timezone)

What do you think about these changes?

Yes we don't drive a lot (mostly short-distance occasional driving just within Southern Metro Manila and limited to Muntinlupa, Paranaque and Las Pinas municipalities only)

But yes, I hope that our vehicle can last us to at least a decade.

I am not expecting Toyota levels of durability / reliability......but at the very least, I hope that it won't give us the headaches that our Ford Focus Mk 2.5 gave us.

Personally, I like it.

And dare I say na mas malinis ang design nya compared to the Toyota RAV4 Base Model which looks bulky and too rugged (I hope TMP releases the GR Sport variant someday)

I realized that if in case I get fired or lose my job, I need a back up plan.

So the question is:
Go Pro 13? Or spend double to get Mission 1? (Philippine purchase)

So here in the Philippines, Mission 1 is around double the price of Hero 13.

Would Hero 13 suffice for POV automotive driving videos?
Or would I need to save up and pay double for Mission 1?

Things to consider:
- Philippine incomes are lower compared to first world / developed countries.
- Right now, I have saved enough money for Hero 13.............but if I need to choose Mission 1, then I would need to save at least another month to have enough cash for it.
- I will be recording my POV driving videos in 4k 60 FPS (like what AutoTopNL is doing on his YouTube channel)

Upload speed is 60% percent of Download speed (1500 x .60 = 900)

In comparison, the plan offerings listed under Aussie Broadband have something like 1000 / 400 and 500 / 200

While close, it is only 40% percent of maximum download speed.
500 x .40 = 200
1000 x.40 = 400

I think the bare minimum should be at least 50%.
So in effect, it would be something like:

I think there are two takeaways here:
If Pineapple Net Australia can do it, then others can do it as well

whatever Canada can do, Australia can also do as well

why?

- similar economic level
- similar population levels
- similar population density profile
- similar total land area

If Canada can do it, then Australia can too =)
