I have one month left on my 14 pro payment and thinking of trading it in. My current deal I don’t pay anything monthly due to a credit applied each month.

Has anyone gotten a IPhone 17 for no cost each month? I really don’t care what version but if I can get a special version I’ll take it. Just looking for advice before going to the store.

The main reason I want to trade my phone is the battery is at 86%. Also I got two small scratches on the screen recently. Thanks for the advice.

I have an Alpine loop that came with my watch but I am looking for another band. To switch out sometimes. I don’t want something that will stand out too much. Preferably under $100.

Is the Ocean band something that blends in pretty well for daily life? Thank you.

What do you do to distract from not being about to eat? Tomorrow is my no eating day. It will be weird not eating.

On the positive side I only eat lunch and dinner normally and don’t stack much.

White grape juice
Gelatine (Jello)

I am thinking of going back to morning coffee. The pre-workout powder does not do to much for me and I know its not good for my body in the long run. Especially my stomach.

Does anyone drink cold brew before you workout? If so how do you make it? I drank it years ago but it has been a long time. Thanks.

I’m a 40M and have read a few books around 150 pages but looking for my next one. Most of my life I was not a book reader. I want to keep up this new hobby and even bought a kindle. Usually I read 10-15 pages a day but I want to increase that.

Hopefully I can read something with an interesting story that will also leave me thinking like Animal Farm.

Here is what I read before:
Animal Farm (I enjoyed)
The Great Gatsby (A little slow but I finished it)
The Old Man and the Sea (The beginning and middle were interesting but the end was a little bit of a letdown)

Thanks a lot for your suggestion. Eventually I want to read longer books but want to focus on keep up this new habit of reading first. Maybe slowly increase the size of books.

I’m thinking of getting a page turner for my kindle basic. It seems convenient and might make the screen last longer. Maybe instead of constantly swiping on the screen.

It’s been almost one year and I have lost 50lbs. While I am glad it’s also been a mental adjustment to realize it’s been work to realize I am ok and not sick. I think because I never lost so much weight.

At 44yo male I was 6ft 229 last year. I always stayed active in the military and usually was around 205lb. But when from 40yo-44yo i didn’t do as much cardio and started adding fat. But I didn’t think it was that bad.

Now in the past year I started intermittent fasting, cut out most sugars and carbs. I also cut my portions down. So now I’m down to 179lb. The lowest weight since I was 18. I am still in shock sometimes. I guess I try not to worry it’s not due really to some medical issues instead of my discipline.

Now I have to cut artificial sweeteners. I relied on them a lot when cutting sugar but they are not good for my stomach. Thanks for reading and sharing your experience.

We have a son that just turned 30. He can be very absent minded. So we visited him on Tuesday from out of state and I texted him a question. No response. Then I text him asking him to call when he gets a chance. He reads it.

This morning he text my wife his response and a video of our grandchild. Is this normal? Am I making to much of it that he has not responded.

Guess I am just trying to understand the younger generation. I usually text back within a few hours or right away.

My Gen 1 doorbell went offline this morning. It happened year but came back online. What’s the best way to troubleshoot this or fix it?

Sometimes I think about getting a basic doorbell and putting a Google camera by the door. Anyone done that?

I’m new to detailing and the hardest part for me is to clean everything from the console area. Like dust/dirt or crumbs from cracks.

I got some epubs I want to put on my new basic kindle. I heard some people do it via usb and some do send to kindle on Amazon. What way do you prefer? I never did it with usb?

I am thinking I send it to the kindle through the website because it will be in the cloud. Especially with kindles only having 16gb of storage.

What is your best way? Do you use epub or another format?
