Is the Bodybuilding Transformational System phase 2 too much volume on a cut?

I’ve been doing it for the past 7 weeks and just started the 8th week and my recovering time started to increase after each day and also I’m thinking if all of this effort is worth it on a cut since I’m trying to not lose muscles and ability to build muscles is low..

Should I move to other program now?

Stats 6’4” 210 lbs, aiming for 190lb or depends on how I will look

Topical minoxidil doesn’t make sense for long term use?

I’ve been using it for 1 month now + fin and the shedding is insane..what makes it worse that I have to applied it twice daily, and my hair which is already week as I’m balding + the insane shedding that is happening now + the wet look is insane combo to appear as bald as possible?

I’m thinking to moving to oral as I miss how my natural hair feels and can’t imagine doing this for the rest of my life I mean what is the point then of taking the meds in the first place if you can’t enjoy your hair

My disgusting looking protein bar that costs 1/6 of PB and have more protein/calories ratio

I made my own recipe after many trials and errors
They taste like 100 times better than most over priced protein bars , much cheaper, and healthier and have higher amount of protein.

For every 50 gm (a piece shown in picture) 155 calories + 18 gm of protein.

I can make it look much better with molding + chocolate cover but its not worth it to me.

The recipe if anyone care (basic dough handling should be applied) :

200 gm salted caramel Arla pudding
4 scope of whey protein
2gm salt
1.3 gm xhantun gum
100 gm oats
23 gm peanut butter
1 spoon of greek yogurt
23 gm corn flakes

Topping is chocolate chips + a bit of honey

How the hell many hevy users on explorer do 25-30K kg volume

They make me feel like I’m wasting my time at gym, I think only on leg days the max I do is around 13k and upper days are much lower.

Quit 6 Months Ago After Taking Wellbutrin 300 mg for 4 Years (Motivation, Energy Levels, Energy Drinks)

My experience isn’t exactly negative. This drug was like magic at first and improved my life a lot. It also gave me less short term side effects than Prozac. However, I want to discuss some long term effects that happened to me. Note that I quit because it stopped working and started causing very low energy, constant fatigue, mood swings, and made it difficult to work out and do any high energy things..

Now, 6 months after quitting, I still feel “ok” (at least much better than I did during my 4th year on Wellbutrin). I’m never really hyped or motivated about anything, but I’m not sad either. I can function pretty well and my mood is stable, which is good, but I miss the dopamine like excitement that used to motivate me to work out, learn new things, take courses, and feel excited about improving my career & life. I can still go to work and do everything I need to do, even with the exhaustion, and it’s manageable.

What’s strange is that if I try to push through it with pre-workout or energy drinks, my mental state gets even worse. I feel like doing absolutely nothing, as if I don’t even want to lift 1 kg. I can’t brace my core properly and every movement feels like a struggle. I feel the long-term side effects are real. I don’t like it because it feels like it changed me and how I experience motivation and excitement maybe forever, even 6 months after stopping.

Note: I checked my Testosterone, vitamins and pretty much everything and the results were 100% normal.

The brisket is 200 gm, how many calories + protein?

I ate 90% of the brisket, removed some of the fat because there was too much of it but eat a lot too.

I eat also white yellow sauce + maybe 10 pieces of the fries

My estimate is 650 calories , 45 gm protein

Need some help to lose fat, can’t reduce calories intake further

So I’m on 2.5 mg tirzepatide, creatine and nothing else, I’m on a 7 week cut but didn’t lose any weight the past two -three weeks and TBH even before it my weight loss was very slow compared to the past and how much big my deficit currently is.

I’m 6’4” 213 lbs, looking to lose around 20-30 lbs (I have a lot of fat) 1800 calories 180 gm protein, workout 5-4 times per week but no Cardio.

I used to he very fat few years ago and maybe loosing the weight damaged my metabolism or something.

Why is it considered bad idea to some to just keep trying doing standard Pull-UP till you can do them?

I hate over complicating things so l just randomly try to do pull up after some of my workouts to see if I can do them or not..

I’m up from 0 to 3 Chin UPs and almost 2 pull up at 212 lbs and I’m 6’4” in around 2 months, the thing is my approach is working and giving me small results but I read multiple comments on reddit this is bad for you and you should do negatives, use accessories till you can do 5-6 othewise this is waste of time?

[Steam] [2019] a 2D stylish action game where you control something like stick figure

Genre: 2D character action and maybe a bit souls-like
Platform: I think steam only.
Estimated year of release: [before 2020]
Character: Stick Figure
Art style: normal not black and white

I’m looking for this game that was released on steam after long development time and the developers weren’t happy about the results, it has unappealing art style maybe and maybe it was a bit souls-like I can’t remember, but it was I think released only on steam

Its very expensive to cut while being 6’4”

As per all calculator I used the minimum i should aim for daily is 180-190 gm as 6’4” 212 lbs man.. I tried to get less amount TBH but I stalled on weights in gym and my visible progress was very minor that 6 months felt like 1 to me and everyone.

It sucks and I’m not even sure if 180 gm is enough on a cut now.

Edit: i’m taking about protein, also I can make posts but can’t reply to anyone as my account is less than 30 days old, seems weird

Why Don’t I Feel Excited About Working Out Anymore Like I Did in My 20s?

This year I started working out seriously, with good consistency and a proper diet. While I mostly enjoy working out, I never seem to get that hype or motivation that makes people want to lift heavy or not necessarily heavy, but in the mood and excited

I always show up now this not the issue and can be excited enough to at least brace and keep my core engaged, and avoid injuries, if that makes sense. But I never get that adrenaline feeling where I just want to go crazy and exercise. I simply do my workout and leave with no excitement at all. The strange thing is that I still keep progressing in weight and reps. I’ve also tried taking pre-workout, but it never helped that much. I also usually listen to gaming podcasts or random podcasts while working out, and even when I try listening to hype music, it doesn’t make much of a difference.

Is this an age-related thing? I would love to experience that adrenaline rush just one more time.
I’m not depressed btw, and I’m perfectly normal now . I did take antidepressants and had some issues in the past, but nowadays I’m in a good state.

I asked Gemini for brutal truth on my 6-8 months workout progress pictures and its much more brutal than ChatGpt

The sad thing is I’m already doing all of his recommendation.

Start:

Since you asked for the raw truth, here is the translation of the previous response, keeping the same direct and harsh tone:

Since you asked for honesty and brutality, I will speak to you without sugarcoating the reality.
**You are suffering from the "illusion of progress."**
In the comparison photos you provided (between 6 months ago and now), yes, there is a very slight change, but it is **not progress worth 6 months of work.** If you have been working out and staying consistent with protein for all this time and this is all you have achieved, it means you are wasting your time "at the gym" instead of "training."
Here is the bitter truth:

  1. **Intensity is zero:** The photos clearly suggest that you are not putting in real effort. Muscles do not grow by being treated gently; they grow when you force them to through difficult exercises and progressively heavier weights. Your current look suggests that you go to the gym to perform "light exercises" and then go home.

  2. **Nutrition is uncalculated:** You have not performed a real "cutting" phase; you have likely just been eating less, which led to a minor loss in fat, but your muscles didn't get the fuel needed to grow, nor the sufficient stimulation to develop. You are stuck in a "no man's land"—you are neither muscular nor shredded.

  3. **Settling for the easy way:** You are trying to convince yourself with these photos that there is progress just to feel satisfied, while deep down, you know that this is not the physique you could have achieved in 6 months if you had actually worked hard.

**What must you do now? (Putting aside any pleasantries):**
* **Stop the "light workouts":** Go to the gym and enter a state of "disgust" with the weights. If you don't feel like vomiting or collapsing after your workout, you didn't train hard enough. Find a serious program (like Starting Strength or 5x5), stick to it strictly, and increase the weights every single session.

* **Track every single bite:** "Protein" alone is not enough. Are you tracking your calories? If you are eating by "eyeballing it," you will get nowhere. You need to dial in your calories with precision (a slight surplus, not a deficit).

* **Treat the gym like a battlefield:** You are not there for entertainment or to take selfies in the mirror. Leave your phone in your locker. Focus on the 60 minutes you spend under the iron.
**The Bottom Line:**

You have wasted 6 months "playing" with iron. Do you want to waste another 6 months and come back to me with the same photos? Or do you want to stop pleasing yourself with comparison photos and actually start building a physique to be proud of?
The ball is in your court. Will you change the way you train and actually lift heavy, or will you continue on this path and return to me in 6 months with the same look?

End.

I have always struggled to draw a section of anything and finally know why now

I just couldn't imagine the layers or details of an object well enough to draw it, and it put me in many embarrassing situations when people asked me to. Eventually, I found a workaround by moving into management roles where drawing wasn't as important, but it still sucked and often made me feel useless.

I also have difficulty memorizing routes and rely on Google Maps for almost everything. Even now, I still struggle to remember which direction is east or west and often have to look at a reference image to remind myself. I'm not sure if that's related, but it's another thing I've always found difficult.

Should I keep growing it?

I’m trying to see the full potential of my beard and TBH its also backup plan due to balding as you can see in pictures.

What do you think should I do or should I just keep going without any changes? I’m going to barber soon to cut the mustache hair above lips and also hair cut and will tell him whatever you guys suggest.

Can I still build a decent amount of muscles with Low Test?

So I did the test 1 year ago my results were almost below normal it was something like 300, I’ve been lifting for a year and eating well And the results are insanely disappointing, I don’t want to to do do TRT now and I’m taking Tirz 2.5 mg/week for weight loss.

I’m cutting on 1800 calories per day/ 160 gm protein
Current weight 213 lbs
Height 6’4”

Should I shave? Any advice for me?

I was thinking to grow my beard and take care of it because I started balding, but my friend told me it won’t look good.. so I’m checking other people opinions.
