Working capital optimisation

$600m FMCG. Recently did some acquisitions and now our working capital needs help. How do you analyse which metrics to use and how to chase quick wins? Seems like there are quite a few metrics related to working capital

How and when do you take notes?

Just started a new role and I have been in a lot of meetings. Seems like I need to learn how to take notes. Previously done FA/SFA level roles and note taking was minimal but I’ve done well. This role is very strategic and broad so I’m not really digesting a lot of information during meetings thanks to my ADHD.

How and when do you take notes? What tools do you use? Worth to invest in a digital notebook or iPad?

Hopefully no one judges me here. Perks of being anonymous. I need book suggestions which talks about pain, grief, self harm and anything and everything in that realm of emotions. I’m in a headspace where I need to read something that reflects these themes accurately. I’m open to any genre, but I prefer writers who are honest and raw.

Hey everyone! I’m in the market for my first bike and really like the look for Honda Rebel 500/1100. I have done a bit of research and discovered the bike is suitable for shorter riders.

Any 5’11” or 6ft riders who own Rebel? What has been your experience?

Thanks!

I barely cleared by CBT. Haven’t ridden before at all. Started on a manual but moved to automatic as I didn’t want to fail, I volunteered myself. I could’ve probably cleared on manual but didn’t want to take the risk. It got easier when I was on the road as I have been driving for 15 years.

Should I just got for DAS or should I get a 125cc bike and practice for few months? I honestly want to go for DAS and get done with it but any advice will help.

Thank you!
