I own a small short form content editing agency, and currently looking to add clients to the pipeline.

I charge $499/month for 20 reel edits in a month.

If you refer me a client, I will pay you 10% every month till the client works with me.

I started a short form content editing agency 5-6 months ago. Initially had few clients asking for single reel edits and later down the road I tried productising the service and offered 20 reel edits for $379 per month.

I’m from a developing nation so this pricing works out for now for me and my time, I definitely would increase but I think it’s fine for few more clients to increase the cash flow as of now.

Coming back to present time, I have 3 clients on that plan. This is going fine but I need to scale this.

I am thinking of cold emailing but not sure if it works in current times.

I would appreciate any suggestions on how I can reach potential prospect clients to pitch my services to.

I have built many projects in past, none with any success though. Hence, I am looking for someone who can handle distribution and marketing.

I will contribute in marketing as well but it’s not exactly my forte.

Essentially, we would sit down and go across multiple saas ideas and see which aligns with both of us. And start building it.

I’m 25M though.

Its going to be my first osmo pocket purchase. My major use case is travel vlogs as I travel quite often.

But, plan is to also shoot for stays or events/weddings etc. to generate side income.

So I am really confuse which one to buy.

4p creator combo is almost USD 390 expensive than 4 creator combo where I am.

So would love to know from folks who have hands on experience with both these cameras.

I also saw gopro MP1 ILS, but it does not have auto focus and I believe for vlogging its a must, and apart from that I will need to buy lenses and a gimbal additionally. So I am sticking to osmo pocket series for now.

as the title says, i’m a beginner you can say

I’m a web dev with 5+ yoe, working on contract right now and have been working with the same client since 1.5years now.

Sometimes I feel scared as to what if I am laid off, based on current condition of tech industry it’s going to be really hard to find next opportunity.

Earlier I used to get many client projects but it’s a ghost town since AI went mainstream.

I tried building my own SaaS projects but couldn’t market them and hence no success there.

So now I’m really anxious as to if I out of my current contract work, what’s next?

Where should I be focusing now? I’m 25 right now so there’s a long road ahead in life but I’m clueless as to what to do.

Please share thoughts or advice/suggestions, thank you so much!
