I have been a web dev for 5+ years now, worked full time, freelanced. But now with AI it doesn’t seem to give much of a dopamine kick. Also it’s gotten hard to find clients for web dev now.
So, am I right to think to transition into media buying industry? Maybe I can join as a fresher or an intern while freelancing for web dev (hardly takes 2-3 hours a day) to learn the ropes and move accordingly.
End goal is to freelance in this industry as well, but would love to get some experience first.

I have created a platform for book readers to discover new indie author books, join virtual book clubs and write reader journals.
Ideally looking for readers who are from first tier countries (reason being, I will later onboard authors and I think 1st tier country readers would genuinely purchase books instead of pirating). Will later onboard readers from all regions though.
If you think you can get book readers on my platform, do reach out with your intro.
My max budget is ₹5k/month for now but this can increase if the platform grows.

Day 1: Reached shangarh from Aut, took bus to sainj for ₹30 something and then from Sainj to Shangarh bus at 4pm for ₹51. Stayed at Kabir’s Chalet hostel, was decent but I planned on moving to another hostel with a dedicated common area as this one didn’t had.
Day 2: Moved to Euphoria for 5 nights, paid in advanced, total ₹3250. Worst decision. While the place was good, the people running it are very stubborn and not kind at all. They won’t talk to you in a nice tone and are in their own zone and spend most of their time with their friends at the property.
Also the property is at the top area and there aren’t any other options for food, and the food at their place is quite expensive.
As I was there for some isolation and personal time, it didn’t bother me much but I saw few other guests suffering and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. One of my dorm mate whom I made friends with, wanted to extend his stay but the host declined even though 2 beds were available in the dorm. The reason host gave was they have listed the property as 6 bed dorm and can’t give 2 beds to use (they have total 8 beds in the dorm).
But, the same day my dorm mate checked out and went home with a bitter taste, the host gave a bed to another guest, who was part of a larger group who also booked private room. 1 bed was still available.
But on my last day of stay at their property, all of the beds were being used in the dorm, majorly by a large group of teenage boys. So I had very bad experience regarding this.
Day3: Went to rupi raila waterfall with a dorm mate (same one) as he had a bike. Then visited shangchul mahadev temple on way back.
Day4: Went to meadows and saw their regional function being celebrated, was really nice experience.
Day5: Went to barshangarh waterfall after having breakfast at Uma cafe, I loved their chicken grilled sandwich. Their aloo paranthe aren’t that good.
Day6: Checked out, took bus from shangarh to aut for ₹83. Booked a room on spot in aut for ₹600 as I had my bus to delhi at 8:30pm
Total cost: Approx ₹10k as I mostly cooked most of my meals myself on camping gas stove and butane gas.

I wanted to know what kind of packages (how many edits per week/month) and at what price points would real estate agents be comfortable to work with.
