I’ve been running around charlotte in circles trying to find the path to this Mayan Steele but I keep getting lost. Also Edward keeps mentioning a chest buried in the swamp area but I can’t find that either

Sorry for the ugly pics but I think it is, my wife says that just because the doctor says she’s gonna treat it like thrush doesn’t mean it actually is that it could mean we need to fix my gut health or that the yeast from the beer I drink got into my gums etc etc. Also I read that it can come back. Is that a guarantee? Is it the next day or the next year? Is it random? I know I’m asking a lot of questions but I can’t do this again so if there’s anyone out there with similar mouth/gum issues (I have receding gums and deep pockets in case you hadn’t noticed) please reach out, someone on my other post mentioned they lost their teeth to this but it was a rare case.
