Planning to quit my new job without any job offer in hand

I joined a job one month back, moved from consulting to service based company unknowingly. I don’t like the project, don’t like the company, i don’t think it’s adding anything to my profile. While interviewing, they showed me a different JD and project.

I’m not a developer, tech consultant.

This project team is insufferable while the project is boring, I so badly want to hit the exit button.

I think I can do some certifications and sit for interviews again. It’s also a mediocre company.

But given the job market, and my problem at hand, please give your suggestions. Fyi, I’ve 3 months of NP even in probation

De-recognition of Palestine appears to be in the works

https://sloveniatimes.com/48119/de-recognition-of-palestine-appears-to-be-in-the-works

Slovenia is reversing course on Palestine.

After recognizing Palestinian statehood in 2024 under PM Robert Golob and becoming one of the EU’s most outspoken pro-Palestinian states, new PM Janez Janša sworn in May 2026 has moved fast to undo that legacy.

Key facts:

2024–2026 (Golob era): Slovenia recognized Palestine, banned arms trade with Israel (first EU state to do so), sanctioned Netanyahu and far-right ministers Ben-Gvir and Smotrich, banned settlement imports, and boycotted Eurovision over Israel’s participation.

June 2026 (Janša takes over): Within an hour of taking office, he had the Palestinian flag removed from the government building. He called the 2024 recognition “crazy” and “in violation of Slovenian law.” TVP World

Janša confirmed his government will freeze the recognition of Palestine a condition his coalition partners agreed to unanimously. Eualive

Embassy move: He also plans to relocate Slovenia’s embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, which would make it the first EU country to do so. Eualive

Israel’s response: FM Gideon Sa’ar announced Israel will open its first resident embassy in Ljubljana Eualive (previously handled from Vienna).

Pushback: President Nataša Pirc Musar raised the Palestinian flag at her own palace days later, accusing Israel of genocide.

Side note: Reports have surfaced alleged contacts between Janša and Israeli intelligence firm Black Cube around the election, adding scrutiny to the timing.

Starving children of Gaza, Israel starving Palestinians

The child Maryam Abdulaziz Dawas (9 years old) has lost the ability to walk due to starvation and severe malnutrition caused by the Israeli blockade and aggression on the Gaza Strip.

August, 2025

https://x.com/aljarmaqnetnews/status/1951291616947216397?s=46

According to global monitoring consensus and UN reports:

Entrenched Crisis: The 2026 Global Report on Food Crises highlights that severe levels of acute food insecurity and malnutrition remain critical across the Gaza Strip.

High-Risk Population: Over 75% of the population faces extreme levels of acute food insecurity. International agencies like the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO)continue to classify Palestine as one of the world's most severe hunger hotspots.

Impact on Children: Upwards of 100,000 children in Gaza are projected to suffer from acute malnutrition, with tens of thousands facing severe acute malnutrition (SAM) that places them at an immediate, heightened risk of death without emergency therapeutic intervention.

Drivers of the Starvation Crisis

Independent reports from the Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) and humanitarian organizations identify several interconnected causes for these catastrophic conditions:

Aid Obstruction: Tight restrictions and quotas on aid trucks entering crossings limit the volume of life-saving nutritional supplements and medical resources.

Destruction of Food Systems: Approximately 70% to 80% of local agricultural infrastructure, including greenhouses, wells, and livestock fields, has been structurally damaged or entirely destroyed, rendering Gaza heavily reliant on external commercial and humanitarian inflows. [1]

Collapsing Basic Services: Severe shortfalls in clean drinking water, combined with destroyed health and sanitation systems, exacerbate the physical toll of malnutrition by allowing easily preventable diseases to become fatal. [1, 2]

Stone cold justice “4 corners” Israel’s military prison for children, video from 2014

Children Were Kept In Outdoor Cages During Snowstorms

This is a clip from Stone Cold Justice, John Lyons’ investigation for Four Corners (ABC, 2014). It exposed Israel’s industrialised cruelty way before Oct 7th 2023.

At Ofer Military Prison, Palestinian children are dragged through hearings that last seconds. Shackled, silenced and convicted without being looked at.

Israel’s military courts brag about a 99.74% conviction rate. That’s not law, that’s a rigged machine. A conveyor belt designed to crush children until guilt becomes inevitable.

UNICEF called it systematic, institutionalised abuse: threats of death, beatings, isolation, sexual violence.

This is Israel’s legacy in full view: a state so afraid of Palestinian children it has to break them, then call it justice.

And the world still calls this a democracy.

Innocent souls caught up in a war they had no part in - The cats of Gaza, stressed and starving in the rubble

The cats of Gaza didn’t choose any of this.

Hundreds of thousands have already started starving to death.

Some have been seen feeding on the bodies of the dead because there’s nothing else left. What’s left of their world is rubble ,that’s where they hide now.

Vets say they go into convulsions from fear alone. They feel this war exactly the way people do.

No shelter. No guaranteed meal. No fault of their own. Just fear, hunger, and rubble.

Israeli forces kill three-year-old Palestinian boy on family farm in Gaza

Sniped in the head while in his father’s arms..‼️

Israeli forces shot three-year-old Rayan Bahaa Abu al-Ajeen and his father Bahaa in Wadi al-Salqa, Deir al-Balah — a designated “safe zone” in central Gaza — on Sunday afternoon. The two were held in an area under Israeli army control and left without medical attention for seven hours before being released.

Rayan sustained a gunshot wound to the head. His grandfather Jaber told Al Jazeera: “My grandson was killed by a gunshot to the head; the bullet entered his head and exited through his eye. His mother is devastated by what happened.” Rayan was pronounced dead on arrival at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital on Monday.

His father Bahaa, shot in the leg, remains in unstable condition. “We are still deeply worried about Bahaa’s condition, as he is not yet stable after bleeding for hours, and the condition of his leg is very serious,” Jaber said.

The family lives near the so-called “Yellow Line” — a buffer zone Israel has continued to expand despite ceasefire agreements. Jaber said the family had long been aware of the danger this proximity posed. “We have lived in this area for a long time. We are mere civilians working in agriculture, and all our lands are located outside of the Yellow Line. Many of the killings have been near the yellow line.”

Aditya Sharma was among the three Indian seafarers who were killed after an attack by American forces

Violence begets violence, Hate begets hate.

Please don’t weigh his son’s death against whatever Rajesh Sharma had spoken for Gaza. His son might’ve been a good man.

Irrespective of supporting or against a political party, pro/anti-BJP, be kind. We reap what we sow, and one day we will all answer for it.

Dr. Nick Maynard on Tucker Carlson: Systematic Targeting Patterns at Gaza Food Sites – Testicles, Head, Neck, Women (Pregnant) & Children

British surgeon Dr. Nick Maynard, who worked at Nasser Hospital in Gaza, described to Tucker Carlson the striking daily patterns of gunshot injuries he and his colleagues witnessed, particularly among teenage boys at food distribution sites and women/children targeted by quadcopter drones.

Dr.Maynard:

Gazan healthcare workers who went to the food distribution points described them as death traps.

A friend in the ER noticed different body parts being targeted on different days.

1.On one day (the Saturday before he left Nasser Hospital), four young teenage boys were brought in, all of whom had been shot in the testicles. Just the testicles. Nowhere else.

2.One day, 19 young teenage boys had all come in in one day, all of whom had been shot in the head and neck. Nowhere else, just the head and neck.

3.Another day, they came in predominantly with chest injuries.

4.Another day, predominantly with abdominal gunshot wounds.

The pattern of injuries was so striking that it was clearly beyond coincidental,

it seemed like a game of target practice.

These were children/Palestinians shot at Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) food distribution sites.

On many days, young boys were brought in from the GHF sites.

5.One site was in Al-Mawasi (with many tents). They saw a lot of injuries from quadcopter drones, remotely controlled fixed-wing drones that hover, with guns and cameras, flown all over Gaza.

6.Many people were shot by them (including one flown indoors into an operating theater, shooting a friend in the chest).

7.Indoors. He also saw young women shot while in their tents in Al-Mawasi, quadcopters hovering over the tents and spraying bullets indiscriminately.

8.One case: a woman who was 3 months pregnant came in with a gunshot wound. They operated, saved her life, and the baby survived too. The bullet missed her pregnant uterus by about 2-3 cm. They saw many such examples of quadcopters spraying bullets onto tent inhabitants.

He was skeptical/naive at first but, after seeing so much clear evidence of children and women being targeted, he now believes all of it.
