MyKSuite and KSuite

MyKSuite and KSuite

So I found this out the long and difficult way. MykSuite and kSuite are the both Infomaniak, but only slightly different. I was looking to use my custom domain and stupidly assumed I could with the MyKSuite+ only to set the whole thing up and find out that you can't. Know I somehow I two different Infomaniak Management Consloes with the same ik.me email address but one has the custom domain and the other doesn't. I'm thought I was technically savvy but this has me going in circles for hours and I still have two accounts.

What's the catch

I'm leaving Google and Gmail and have been testing different services. I've tried Proton and Mailbox so far. Why has Infomaniak not been promoted as much as the other two in the USA? What is the catch? Proton was great with privacy and e2ee, but made documents difficult to use and edit and was not very Linux friendly. Mailbox.org so far is good, but seems barebones. So tell me about Infomaniak and why it's a economically good choice.

Edit - a plus for Infomaniak is that they have some, not all, of their apps in F-droid. This is important to me as I am using GrapheneOS.

Confused about Importing Email

I'm finding conflicting information about which paid tier allows for importing emails. Is it both or just the more expensive one?

Intrigued to try Mailbox.org

I've left Google and Gmail and am looking around. Tried Proton and found it almost to private and secure that it struggled with docs and files. Currently testing Fastmail, but the $14 price a month while not bad is more that Mailbox.org. I'm looking for feed back on how stable and secure MailBox is and it its worth the hassle of possibly saving a could $$ a month. I have my own domain also.

Syncing

Found Helix Notes and it seems great, light weight and also what I believe will be a good way to journal and keep notes. I know that it's local first which is great, yet I'm looking for the simplest way to sync the files between a GrapheneOS phone and Linux desktop. Any advice and guidance is welcome
