How do you deal with/communicate about the awful smells that come out of you whilst dating/in relationships?!🫣😂

Even in subs about various digestive conditions (Crohn’s, IBS, SIBO etc) where you’d think people just put everything embarrassing out there, I don’t see a lot of talk about the awful smelling farts/gas? Is it just me who deals with this? 🫣😂 It’s often seen as a funny thing but honestly this symptom is debilitating and completely creates fear over being around people. For anyone dealing with this how have you dealt with it when it comes to having a flare up of awful gas when dating someone or being in a relationship?! It’s something I dread and it puts my off trying to date even tho I want to 😢

Is it vasovagal syncope if I vomit instead of fainting?

I feel faint but I’ve actually only ever fainted once in my life. Instead I get panic attack and end up vomiting which is so tough because I have emetophobia 🥲

After the release of 3 albums in one go from Drake, how would you feel if Taylor did the same thing with 3 diff genres?

Just thinking hypothetically. I would love Taylor to try out a rock album so what if she ever randomly did a similar project to Beyoncé where she released a rock album, a pop punk and a jazz one or something! Or could be another country one and a folk one etc… but released all 3 at once. I’m not saying I would love this idea because I like the concept of seperate eras but it would be super interesting and cool!

Advice on how to wake up without immediately having panic attack/lightheadedness?

Every morning whatever time I wake up I have ended up in a pattern:

  1. I wake up feeling like I’ve been hit by a bus. I desperately need a pee and this sensation makes the panic much more intense.
  2. I get up (sometimes try to not rush up to pee as this can make me dizzier) and go to the bathroom
  3. Whilst on the toilet I start to feel a wave of dread and panic - my whole body feels a wave of hot/cold sweat, lightheadedness, nausea and just a general ‘off’ feeling. I have emetophobia so am afraid of throwing up which is what this sensation makes me feel but it’s not even just the nausea that scares me it’s the whole out of control dizzy dread feeling. The panicked feeling can last 20 mins and eventually once I properly wake up I then feel fine.

This pattern never happens any other time really apart from mornings.

How can I start feeling more relaxed in the am? It’s really hard because it kickstarts the moment I wake up so every technique I have has to happen once my body has already got myself in a state 😭 anyway to prevent this?! I don’t wanna deal with this every morning 🫠

I can’t stand when people outwardly react to things and then don’t tell you what their reacting to!

My mum does this all the time - she’ll shake her head and frown/look confused or tut at something etc etc and when I ask her what’s the matter she gets annoyed at me for ‘being nosy’? When I don’t want people asking me what I’m looking at etc I don’t react outwardly. I react in my head but I purposely don’t show it. The only exception would be if something was hilariously funny that I couldn’t keep my laughter in.

How do you stay knowledgeable of current trends/topics if your personal account is personalised to you?

If my algorithms are aligned with niche topics I like consuming then I’m worried I won’t be actually seeing all that’s trending online unless the trending topics/sounds etc come along to the content I engage with?

Forgive me if I’m not using correct musical terms I am just a regular person haha! And please don’t hate me for this opinion but I think drop dead is a bit dull for me personally because It’s too monotone. The song sounds too similar throughout the whole piece with the exception of the second verse. ‘Tell the whole damn world how’ is the only bit that I adore sonically. The first verse in particular sounds like she’s just speaking and the pre-chorus is too slow and like one beat (no idea if this is the right term but it feels like it’s just it’s-fem-in-ine-in-tu-it-ion throughout the whole thing do you get what I mean?🤣) I love GUTS and I didn’t love vampire so I am still beyond excited as I know they’ll be some great stuff on You seem sad! 🩷

I miss the heavy and unique production on early albums Born to die - Honeymoon but lyrically they are not as interesting. Most are about relationships with bad guys or living reckless lifestyles, as someone who’s never had a relationship I don’t find it too engaging. Whereas Lust for life onwards has so many more diverse topics - politics, family, her mental health, fame etc… But I find a lot of the production less interesting (generally not all of course as I particularly love chemtrails!) After white feather release it gives me hope she may be going back to unique production.

I’m from UK and never in my life have I seen a bedroom come off from the kitchen? Is this normal in the US? Why does Rory have a bedroom next to kitchen, their house is pretty big surely it has 2 bedrooms upstairs?!

Wondering if anyone can offer advice: I recently threw up twice in a matter of weeks. Both was pretty much same situation: woke up in the morning feeling desperate for a wee which for some reason makes me all lightheaded nauseous and panicky, went to use the bathroom, started to panic worse and threw up because of anxiety. The first time was worse because I was also dealing with period pain which is a usual trigger for me throwing up. When it happened the second time I was without my mum in the house and just my little brother - I coped really well (I had never thrown up without my mum being there to support me through it) and afterwards I felt over the moon so proud that I dealt with it and felt like I had really reduced my fear. But a few days later the fear starts to build up again. It’s like my body hasn’t caught up with my mind that I feel less scared about it now. Every morning the same exact cycle happens, I breathe through it I do all my techniques and yet a few mornings a week I am still getting full on panics to the point of very almost throwing up. How can I stop this? Is it just a matter of allowing time to get used to being calm again, I want my relaxed morning back . I can’t even sleep in anymore and I’m tired because this keeps happening. 😭🩷
