Is it possible to include app settings in Sofa Time backups and cloud sync as well? It would be really useful if our settings were restored automatically, so we don’t have to go through and change them all again whenever we reinstall the app or restore a backup.

My Pixel 11 keeps randomly restarting itself and it seems to be happening more frequently now.

At first it had only happened a few times, but now it’s happening often enough that I’m starting to think there could be something wrong with the phone.

There doesn’t seem to be any pattern to it. The phone isn’t hot or overheating, and it can just suddenly restart while I’m using it normally.

Has anyone else had this with a Pixel 11? Did you find a fix?

For example, if a show has been announced but isn't currently available and doesn't have a release date, it could stay in Pre-Production until its status changes. This would keep upcoming titles separate from shows we're actually able to watch.

I'd also really like an option to hide unreleased titles from Discovery and Library searches. At the moment, these can show films and TV shows that aren't actually available yet.

The main benefit would be much cleaner and more useful browsing. If I'm looking through Discovery or searching my Library for something to watch now, I'd only see titles I can actually watch instead of having to keep checking release dates or opening titles that aren't available yet.

Anyone who wants to see upcoming titles could simply leave the option turned off.

I think these two features would work really well together: keep unreleased titles properly organised in the Tracker, while giving users the choice to keep Discovery and Library focused entirely on things they can actually watch now. It would make browsing much cleaner and make the app feel more focused on finding something to watch rather than showing titles that might not be available for months or even years.

I've recently started using AI to help me create some pretty complex MacroDroid macros, and it's made me realise there's probably loads of stuff I could automate that I've never even thought of.

So I'm looking for ideas. What are some of the most unique, clever or genuinely useful macros you've made?

I'm particularly interested in things that aren't just the obvious basic automations. You might have something that makes me think, "Oh, that would actually be really useful for me too."

When viewing a movie or TV show, could it show which of our lists the title is already in?

For example, a small tag showing "In: Family Movies, Comedy Movies" would save having to check through each list manually.

I've just opened my Spotify, and after two or so years, the Done button is now black when saving songs to playlists, which is amazing. When you select which playlists you want to add or remove a song from, pressing Done now saves the changes straight away.

I've also noticed over the past few days that Spotify has been a lot quicker and more responsive. Pretty much anything I press seems to load straight away.

The one thing that hasn't returned is the Clear All button when you want to remove a song from multiple playlists. Hopefully that comes back too.

That’s probably my biggest issue with Claude at the moment.

I got the new MacroDroid update a few days ago and came on Reddit to see if anyone had mentioned the new AI feature, but I couldn't find much about it.

I've been playing around with it and it's honestly brilliant. You can basically describe what you want a macro to do, hit copy, then paste it into an AI app. I've been using Claude, and it's helped me make some macros that I genuinely wouldn't have known how to build myself.

One of the more complicated ones I've made sorts my downloads automatically. If it detects a movie, it moves it into my Movies folder and creates the folder if it doesn't exist. If it sees something like S01E03, it knows it's a TV episode and moves it into the TV folder.

I've also got it handling multiple episodes. So if I download, say, 10 episodes individually, it can recognise they're from the same series, create a folder for them and name it automatically.

I've even got another one that clears out the random unwanted files that sometimes come with downloads, like pictures, subtitles and other stuff I don't need.

I've made an automatic brightness macro too. My phone's adaptive brightness never seems to work quite how I want it to, so I've built my own version that changes the brightness depending on the conditions. I've tweaked it a few times and it's now working exactly how I wanted.

Another simple one automatically deletes screenshots after an hour. I was using Sweep for that before, but I thought I'd see if MacroDroid could do it instead.

Those are probably the biggest things I've made so far. I'm still thinking of other things I can automate and ways to improve some of my older macros.

What I really like is that I'm not particularly good at writing this sort of logic myself, but I can explain what I want and then work through it with Claude and MacroDroid until it works. I've ended up making some pretty complex stuff from ideas that I probably wouldn't have even attempted before.

I'm surprised there doesn't seem to be much discussion about the new feature yet. Has anyone else been experimenting with it, and if so, what have you made?

Could we have more control over which titles appear in Smart Lists and Discovery?

For example, if a Smart List keeps showing a film I have no interest in, I'd like the option to manually hide or block it so it doesn't appear again.

Could we also have more sorting options for lists, such as sorting alphabetically, by rating, age rating or release date?

It would also be useful to have filters to exclude titles that are already in our library, have already been watched or have already been rated.

This would make Discovery and Smart Lists much more useful by showing more titles I haven't already seen, rated or added to my library.

I have a show in my Paused tab and marked two episodes as watched, thinking that would automatically move it back to Watching, but it hasn't.

Could this be changed so that when you mark an episode as watched, if the show isn't already in Watching, such as if it's in Paused, Dropped or Been a While, it automatically moves back to Watching?

Could you also make it so we can move a show directly to Watching from any Tracker section? For example, if a show is Not Started, Paused or Been a While, I'd like to be able to move it straight to Watching.

The reason I'd like this is to remind me that I need to watch it. If it's in Watching, I'll see it and know that it's something I need to watch.
