How do you transcend physical pain through "I am"?

I've been following Nisargaddata for a while, and it's truly changed my life; however, physical pain in my body is a particular block of mine that is hard for me to transcend, specifically chronic migraines.

I have tried everything... meditation, sending love to the pain, ignoring the pain, becoming aware of the I am. However, the minute I do that, my migraine gets 10x worse and I have to give in and take pain relievers, which I really don't want to do. (I've already gone to the Dr's and did brain scan and my brain is fine).

So for those of you experienced with physical pain and have been able to manifest healing, how did you do it? I think if you've never experienced chronic pain it's easy to say "just ignore it and cancel the thought out" (which I've tried), but the pain is SOOOO intense that it's hard to misidentify with it. Any tips?

Those who have experienced physical pain, what was your "secret" to healing it?

I've been following Neville for quite some time now and I have manifested some truly impossible things, however physical pain in my body is a particular block of mine that is hard for me to transcend, specifically chronic migraines.

I want to learn how to love all wasps

About 5 months ago, I started having an irrational fear for wasps and bees. I’ve never been scared of them, just cautious. One day, i was sitting out in my balcony and started developing this fear that a big huge wasp or bee (10x larger than their actual size) flew up to me and stung me.

I’ve tried so hard to brave it out by chanting mantras and closing my eyes but the fear and phobia are so debilitating when they are near. I quickly run back inside like a wimp. My heart will start pounding and i start shaking. I’VE NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN WITH BEES OR WASPS I used to just be cautious around them. Here’s the thing: I KNOW THEY DONT STING UNLESS YOU ARE THREATENING THEM. I know that!!! But its like a fear that got activated in my body. My mind knows that these critters dont wake up in the morning thinking who they’ll sting next. They’re just minding their own business doing their thing. BUT my body is afraid!!! Before this incident i never understood what people meant by phobias because i never had one but now i guess i do. Another thing that is bothering me is their buzz. How do i fall in love with their sounds because the buzz is what triggers me too

Help me please!!! I want to be their friends!!

Also do any of you have experience with yellowjackets? Apparently they’re the jerks for no good reason (that’s what I’ve heard)

Side note: do you think they can read your “aura” like can they tell if you’re little scared wimp or chill

I want to learn how to not be afraid on all stinger critters

Edit title: I want to learn how to not be afraid OF all stinger critters

About 5 months ago, I started having an irrational fear for wasps and bees. I’ve never been scared of them, just cautious. One day, i was sitting out in my balcony and started developing this fear that a big huge wasp or bee (10x larger than their actual size) flew up to me and stung me. Now i guess I’ve had many opportunities to work with this fear because i think a carpenter bee started making a nest ON my balcony and they’re flying around when im just chilling. And now there’s a dead one on the ground and i don’t want to pick it up.

I’ve tried so hard to brave it out by chanting mantras and closing my eyes but the fear and phobia are so debilitating. I quickly run back inside like a wimp. Also i guess i have a fear of hornets now too.

I’ve thought about going to an apiary but im afraid that if i go I will hurl the panel and start screaming and running away like a little wimp. Ive never had this happen before!!! The phobia is deep inside my body. It thinks it’s in danger.

Help me please!!! I want to be their friends!!

I want to learn how to heal myself and get rid of phobias

Healing and recovery was the first book I’ve read by Hawkins.

I’ve been testing his theory out for about 9 months now when i feel pain, especially headaches. I say to myself “more more” and lo and behold the pain quadruples. I try to feel the sensations of the headache but it makes me feel so tired and debilitated and the pain gets worse.

I usually have a high pain tolerance for everything else but headaches are my kryptonite, even low grade headaches. I can’t concentrate, i cant do anything, i can’t eat. It’s like i become debilitated by the pain (ive gone to the drs and they did tests and my brain chemistry is fine).

I try to feel the sensations but I ALWAYS give up and take an ibuprofen and that usually makes me feel better after a few minutes (which makes me think its a good placebo because the medication doesn’t kick in as fast).

Soooo I want to learn how to heal myself. I dont want to be taking meds all the time but i also don’t want to be focusing on the pain for 3 hours and not do anything about.

My second problem: about 5 months ago, I started having an irrational fear for wasps and bees. I’ve never been scared of them, just cautious. One day, i was sitting out in my balcony and started developing this fear that a big huge wasp or bee (10x larger than their actual size) flew up to me and stung me. I know what Hawkins says about fear but really this fear ha developed into a really irrational phobia to the point where my body feels like it’s going to die.

How do you heal yourself????

Why do i feel like I’m tripping even though I’m not anything?

Recently I’ve been feeling like I’m in one big trip even though I’m not doing psychedelics and it’s been 3 months since the last time (I’m experienced with them). Lately though, and I mean in the last week, I feel like I’ve been tripping.

Now I’m not seeing any visuals or anything but my heart feels so open and I feel sensitive and like something in my reality is off. Now, I’m a sensitive person already, but I feel *extra* open and sensitive to life. Like when you’re doing mushrooms or acid or mescaline.. I see right through the veil even though I know I’m still deluded on many other things

What’s going on?? Has this happened to anyone?

Is Bentov and Spinoza’s philosophy of consciousness similar?

From my understanding, (I’ve read both), they both assert that divinity is the “I” (the aleph, om, whatever you call it). Which is “you”

Do they differ and do their respective interpretations resonate with consciousness? Since this whole concept is so complex for the mind to understand, I feel a bit loopy lol

How is the framework similar/different?

Is the WHV all that it’s cracked up to be?

When I was traveling around asia 2 years ago, I met a lot of people who were about to go to Aus for their WHV. They said that they knew people that were making a lot of money, and some of them said they were planning on staying 2-3 years and then traveling around Aus and around the world.

Unfortunately, I lost touch with them and couldn’t ask them about how the experience went but follow them on IG and occasionally see them. It looks like they’re thriving. A lot of the people I know bought one of those quintessential 4x4 vans and travel around Australia, what seems like the whole time they’re there.

So my question is: how realistic is this lifestyle? I know a lot of it is filtered by Instagram and not necessarily reality, but wondering if there is some truth to it. I am planning on doing a WHV but have read how hard it is to get a job and the COL being so high.

So is it all cracked up to be? I should note that these people I’ve met DONT seem like they come from wealthy families (this is my assumption) so I don’t think they have a big wad of cash and from what I can gather some of them have worked on farms or in hospitality.

Also, How much do one of these vans cost? And anything I should know about that before renting/buying one?

Is the earth the center of the solar system/universe?

Ok from my understanding, correct me if I’m wrong, the infinite universe has no center (that we know of), so technically any vantage point can serve as the center. In that case (especially from a human vantage point), the earth is at the center of the universe. Just like for example if we were located in Jupiter, Jupiter would be at the center of the universe because that’s our vantage point.
Obviously the earth isn’t “special” (nor is any other mass or planet) but because we are in it, our interpretations of the world come from this vantage point (the earth). Which is how I imagine the theory of general relativity arose, more of an intuitive concept based on our position in the universe/ earth (this is my assumption idk if this is true).

So was Copernicus “wrong” for saying the sun was at the center of our solar system? By wrong I don’t mean his statement was ultimately untrue but it \*could\* be untrue if we chose another vantage point (say Venus, or Jupiter to be the center). From my understanding, Copernicus chose the Sun because it made the math easier.

If that was the case, why was his theory so revolutionary? Didnt Ptolemy have a similar model?

Also can someone explain this: is earth (and other planets) really revolving around the sun or are we like the moon and earth where we’re all just jiving doing a whirling dervish dance around each other but there’s really no set point?

Also was does it mean that we revolve around the sun’s center? I’ve heard that claim too

Can someone help me figure out how this person can be a projection of my shadow?

My roommate is the complete opposite of me. She doesn’t cook, she’s very scatter-brained and does thing hastily and clumsily. When she cleans, she half-heartedly cleans and isn’t thorough with any thing that she does.

I don’t mind the fact that she doesn’t cook (it’s her own business), but she’s just sooo useless with taking care of herself. (I know this sounds mean but I really don’t know how else to say it). I feel bad for her and I cook for her sometimes but it pisses me off to feel like I have a child. This woman is grown and still hasn’t learned to do the basic stuff and I feel like that’s why she feels so stunted in her life. BUT she doesn’t even TRY to change.

Don’t get me wrong, she’s extremely nice, and if I didn’t live with her I would probably have a really good friendship with her, but living with someone is a different story.

I sometimes experience contempt for her because I see her not taking responsibility for her life. I know it’s none of my business but it really triggers me and I don’t know why!!! I don’t care about other peoples lives but maybe because she lives with me???

Anyway… I’m trying to have compassion for her and understanding. I’m trying to see things from a different angle. I’m trying to explore the ways in which she reflects my shadow but I don’t see it!!!

Can someone help me??? How do you see your shadow in the other person’s behavior???

Edit: I don’t want to sound like I’m perfect because I AM NOT!!! but I do value autonomy and independence. ESPECIALLY autonomy. Not depending on others and being able to do the basic things on your own (like cooking or taking care of yourself). I’m also quite “chill” (I know if sounds pretentious) but I don’t consider myself to be someone who enters into panic mode easily. Like I don’t become hurried or do things hastily most of the time. I take my time and just love to enjoy life. I’m the kind of person that likes to sit alone on my balcony and watch the clouds go by. She is the complete opposite. She cannot sit still and is constantly rushing. Because she is rushing she sometimes breaks things (like a glass or a dish). She doesn’t take care of herself which is something else that triggers me… EVEN THOUGH I KNOW ITS NONE OF MY GODDAMN BUSINESS

Anyway I know it sounds like I’m being pretentious. I could go on a whole litany of things that are wrong with me but at the moment her actions really trigger me and I can’t see how she could possibly be a shadow of myself. And I want to know so I can integrate that part of myself!!!

Is it possible to be cursed by someone from your past ?

Ok… so about 9 years ago I met this guy who was literally a pathological narcissist (I don’t throw that term lightly). I broke contact with him because I felt like he was trying to manipulate me and groom me. He was also an erratic drunk.

When I cut contact with him, he began texting me and texting me (even if I didn’t answer) for a month saying that I am cursed and that I will have 10 failed attempts at love. That no one will be able to love me.

At the time I brushed him off because I was like “this guy is a fucking psycho”. And I also didnt believe in magic and witchcraft but he was REALLY into it. Now, I’m having my doubts (I randomly thought about this guy today after so long).

Anyway years have passed and yes I’ve had lovers come and go but that’s life… HOWEVER…. the last man I dated is a tattoo artist and this is the deepest love I’ve had with someone. We broke up because of distance. We are still in touch though.
He really is someone I love deeply and never experienced it with anyone else and it doesn’t matter if we are in a relationship or not.

Now that this crazy guy from my past randomly popped up in my head guess what he was… a tatoo artist too

I know this all sounds silly but now that I’m starting to believe in the occult and practice this stuff I’m kinda paranoid that maybe I’ve been cursed by this man from my past…

I know chaos magic is all about experimentalism and doing your own thing but what does it say about curses or hexes?

What is your take on this and if I am cursed how to undo it?

Tile says it all. I’m in vigo with an expired passport. Want to go meet up with a friend who’s in Portugal at the moment. Are there usually passport control checks near Portuguese border if I use flix bus? I know experiences may vary but was curious if I should take a chance or nah

I feel very deeply for the suffering of others. Is this projection or true empathy ?

I’ve been on my own spiritual awakening journey for about 10 years now (I’m including this because I don’t know if that has anything to do with what I’m about to talk about)

Since I was very young I have felt very deeply for people especially the elderly or young children that seem to have gone through a lot in their lives at a young age (but I can connect with anyone at any age)

Anyway… I remember when my ex bf and I saw his previous ex gf out in the street. We had been dating for a couple of months, and he had told me that she had been through a lot of traumatic things in her life (he didn’t elaborate and he never talked bad about her)

Anyway… I remember when our eyes met for the very first time. It was probably a 2 second interaction but I definitely feel like I absorbed something from her. For 5 months straight after that I started crying and crying because I could feel her suffering. It was so intense. I remember feeling so much love for her and so much concern (I still do especially the love). Like there’s a part of me that genuinely wishes for her healing and well being.

The next day after I saw her I started seeing images in my head. Things that she has gone through. It wasn’t like a movie or anything. It was like short images popping in my head. Things that I assume happened to her (but I’m not sure and I never asked my ex bc I also don’t want to get into her personal life).

Sometimes I still cry when I think about her out of the blue and I send her a healing prayer. I love her so much.

Now, why do I think this is projection and maybe not true empathy ? Well, because I have also been through trauma in my life and maybe it’s my own unhealed stuff that is projecting. I am currently going through “the dark night of the soul” in my life but I’m very proactive about my healing. I don’t see myself as a victim and I don’t stay stuck in my suffering. I know this is all process of the butterfly breaking out of the chrysalis.

I should also note that although I do feel deep empathy for others, and of course especially for those that have been through hard times in their lives, it’s never been this strong as with this girl. Like I will literally break down crying when I think of her out of the blue.

What could this possibly be???
