Xyzal rebound itching

How long did it last for you? I was only taking half a dosage of xyzal when I ran out and the stores were closed. I forgot to go the next day. The next night, last night, the spark driver canceled on me and that's when the itching set in. Like, oh my god. I have never itched this bad in my entire life. It started with my hands and wrists, they have scratch marks now. Then it was my feet, ankles, scalp. Now it's all over.

I basically didn't sleep last night. I took some benadryl and it didn't really help. I also felt extremely hot, as if I had a fever, but didnt feel sick. And just very very awake despite the bebadryl. I had to pee every ten minutes for a long time despite not having had more to drink than usual.

Today the itching is even worse. I have NEVER ITCHED this bad. Not when I was having a severe allergic reaction to anything, not when I went cold turkey off a prescription opioid, never in my damn life. I found some xyzal in the house and took less than half of one, thinking that would be enough to stop the itching, but I didn't want to take my full half-dosage because this has made me realize I NEED to taper off. This was at least half an hour ago and my face and hands are still itching terribly.

I honestly wish I had never started taking it.

Idk how much longer I can take this

I quit klonopin about 10 months ago. In that time, I guess I've gotten a decent amount of deep sleep and REM sleep a handful of times. Ten months of light sleep. Broken sleep. I tried a CBD tincture that helped a little for a short period of time, now it does nothing. I take a little benadryl sparingly and have a hangover from it the next day, and tbh it doesn't help as much as you'd expect. I spent a ton of money on a new mattress and that helped my back. But I'm just so, so tired and so depressed at this point, and I can hardly handle being around other people anymore. I truly think it's because I'm sleep-deprived. I'm starting to notice slight word recall issues I haven't had in a long time, and I blame the sleep issue. I need to look for work outside the home but goddamn it, I can hardly handle anything lately because human beings weren't designed to function without sleep.

How long can a person go on like this? Sleep is crucial. I don't want a sleeping pill. I don't want to become dependent on anything! I'm also scared of anything sedating after what I've been through. It's just really getting to me extra today.

41f and not sure what to say

At this monent in my life, I think maybe it would be easier to chat with a stranger than to open up to people close to me, tbh. Sometimes life is very harsh and has this effect on people. You don't realize you've built your walls much too high until one day you realize the view from inside is obstructed. You meant to protect yourself but you ended up building yourself a cell. Oops. Maybe it's not too late to tear it down...

I live near train tracks, and when I hear one go by I feel simultaneously calm and excited, old and young. Maybe you can relate?

Vented conmigo (croton glandulosus)?

How toxic is it? As in, am I fine to leave it alone? Or should I put on gloves and pull it up? This is growing up the side of my house right outside my back door, several feet from the outdoor AC unit.

NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine) and migraine reduction

I would love to hear from anyone who has taken this supplement and seen results, or not seen results. I have taken it on and off the past few years and I've realized those are the times that my silent migraines, aura, tinnnitus, and headaches subside. Curious to know anyone else's experience with it.

My tinnitus is gone, for now

I just realized my ears are not ringing and I am beside myself. Idk what to think and I don't want to get too excited because it may come back any minute, but this gives me hope. I'm just lying in bed watching videos and reading a book and finishing some coffee. Just took my wellbutrin and vitamins and ate breakfast/lunch. And I dont even know what made me notice it, but it's gone atm!! I am so excited about this!!!

Been off klonopin for 9 months, FYI.

I'm wondering if supplements have anything to do with it. I have been taking 1000 mgs NAC for maybe a week. Fish oil for a month. I started b12 and selenium 2 days ago. I took l-tyrosine yesterday and also began a combo of coq10, l-carnitine, and alpha lipoic acid just yesterday. No clue if any of that is related to this.

I usually have a pretty loud ringing in my ears and I just have gotten used to it. I hate it though. I know a lot of people deal with this after klonopin. So maybe there is an end in sight.

"Sacred journey"

Does anyone know what is in these? I have done mushrooms and LSD more than most people ever will or probably should, research chemicals posing as LSD, molly, etc. All a long time ago; I'm fairly straight and narrow at this point in time after kicking a decade-long prescription pill addiction less than a year ago. I've had mmmelt chocolate bars twice, which were very close to a mushroom trip and what I was expecting these to be like. These were not like that at all for me.

For some context, I take bupropion and topamax but my dopamine and norepinephrine levels seems pretty low regardless. I also have ADHD, apparently.

I ate 4 of the chocolate squares last night on a full stomach and took a shower, put on some music etc. A while passed and I felt nothing so I ate two of the strawberry squares. I recently quit smoking and started craving a cigarette so I went to go for a drive and smoke this half a cig I found. I don't smoke in my car or house, but I realized these were actually going to work and I was not driving anywhere. So I smoked the half cig in my car with sunglasses on feeling extremely seen and self-conscious about the neighbors. Reminding myself I wasnt doing anything illegal but feeling super on display. Went back inside and regretted the nicotine instantly.

The second I got back in the house I felt such a rush of serotonin and whatever else, it was insane. My heart rate went way up, I had to take off a layer of clothing, I was breathing rapidly, colors became very vivid and bright and pulsating. Lots of excitement and anxiety and I started texting my boyfriend at work saying this was a mistake, I shouldn't have done this, I feel like I took meth babe, there are no mushrooms in these (i do not believe there are any mushrooms in these things btw, none).

And I just walked around the house like that for a while trying to calm myself, unable to focus, noticing the white walls were no longer white but pulsating, moving, purple and green and magenta and teal with geometric formations. I literally stood in front of the wall in awe because oh my god, it was gorgeous! Like. These visuals were amazing.

I finally made myself go outside and sit as the sun was setting, and my anxiety and extreme discomfort slowly lifted. It was beautiful, the fractals in the trees and weeds, the enhanced colors in the sky and grasses. Just like LSD visuals I've had in the past. I put on headphones and listened to Tame Impala and Made In Heights and noticed sounds in the music I had somehow never heard before even on multiple acid trips.

It was euphoric and stimulating as fuck and I felt this creative energy, hyperfocus, lack of appetite, incredible thirst. I felt the creativity and psychedelic effects of LSD but without the physical intoxication or impairment it can cause or the ego death or dissociative symptoms. It was way more like molly than mushrooms. Stimulating, euphoric, emotional, psychedelic.

But it started alternating between dysphoria and euphoria. After just an hour or two I found myself having a PTSD flashback. Not major, and I was able to easily recognize and work through it. What helped was thinking in terms of brain chemistry and how the drugs was effecting me in that way, basically. But it was pretty unpleasant how I was being seemingly randomly reminded of things I had done or experienced and people I had unknowingly wronged 15+ years ago and weeping over it. I realize now thst it was therapeutic because I needed to come to those realizations to help me move forward in life! But at the time it was weird and sad. It was a very quick come-down, felt very much like a dryg comedown until it suddenly didn't anymore. Then it was like oh wait, i'm leveled out again and I feel really good. Cool! Took two walks in the moonlight and it was unusually colorful and bright, the shadows more fractalish than ever.

Just...an emotional roller coaster. One I could handle, as a vet. But wouldn't recommend to a newb at all. But I took a lot, so.

Ultimately I ended up getting more creative work done than I have in a while and staying up very late feeling great. But when I laid down to sleep, I had no trouble falling asleep and I still feel good today. A little better than usual, almost like I had a dopamine and norepinephrine reset. I was fully expecting a depressive crash today but no, not at all tbh.

One important thing. I have had a lot of nerve pain in my foot lately from an old spinal injury that has flared up. A few hours into this trip last night, I realized I was not limping or dealing with that pain much at all, and today I'm still feeling that relief. So...yeah idk what that's about, but not complaining.

So I could see maybe microdosing this stuff due to the pain relief, appetite suppressant effect, and increased focus, but I would really prefer to know what the hell is in it first. Actual mushrooms would probably be preferable for that.

Says I scheduled a dash whe I didnt

This just angers me tbh. I hadnt dashed in a couple of weeks and I'm sitting at home minding my business when I get a text from doordash reminding me I had scheduled a dash that evening. No, I had not. Nope. Pretty weird. But I thought about it and figured I'd give it a shot anyway. Saturday night and I wasn't doing anything.

That ended up being literally my slowest night with doordash so far. I got two offers. Waste of time, waste of gas.

Has anyone else ever gotten this text when you didn't schedule anything?

How long after running water upon moving in should it amell like sulphur?

UPDATE WITH QUESTION: landlord hasnt sent anyone yet. Waiting. The sulfur smell mostly cleared up and the hot water only started running black like grape kool-aid and then the black separated and settled to the bottom of the cup when left to settle. Ran like that from every faucet for a good while so I ga e up and turned it off. Turned it back on after a couple hours, every faucet, and it is running clear now. So I'm going to bathe with bottled water for now anyway. But when they send someone over tomorrow, what if they say well it's running clear now so it's fine...should I be okay with that or should I protest and insist they do more?

Should if at all? I just moved in this morning, the home was vacant for a while. All the faucets ran slightly brown for just a second then cleared up but they REEK of sulfur BAD. I've had them running for 10 minutes on hot while I wait outside and i'm about to go back in. Ia this at all normal or should I just call the water company now? No natural gas utilities

Edit: It's city water. I think the sulfur smell cleared up. I probably ran it for half an hour. But now the water is running black on hot water, not cold. About to contact the landlord.

Cleansing new home before moving in

How would you cleanse a new home as you're moving in, particularly now when the moon is in taurus? Of course a good sweeping and vacuum of the floors, and I use a swiffer mop so I was thinking a small touch of lavender oil on the mop pads. Some rosemary sprigs over the doors, and we have lots of juniper here so maybe I'll burn it throughout the home. The only rocks I really have access to rn are petrified wood and jasper, but those seem actually perfect to put in some corners and windowsills around the home for prosperity and luck.

How do you do it?

Meditations

Can someone please tell me how to find the full mediyations/mindfulness library on this app? The AI coach is full of it, its instructions lead me to mental well-being>>>body responses, which only shows like six. Where are the rest of them? I've been chatting with this damn thing for 10 minutes and it keeps sending me to that one spot and it ended up telling me, literally, why google fitbit isn't as good as garmin or apple. I hate this app so much I have no words for it.

Idk what to do with his ashes

This is Scarface. A week ago he passed away at the vet's office. I haven't really talked to anyone about it or my feelings about it, I just stayed extremely busy so I could avoid the grief. But I started crying so hard as I started typing this post because that isn't how grief works.

Scarface turned 16 this year! He had a good run. He was with me from birth, and he was so beautiful and affectionate. He was always biting, but they were love bites; he did it because he wanted you to pet him harder. It was just something we all had to accept about him, because it was never going to change lol. He was a bit of a scaredy cat, but he was my scaredy cat.

I took him to the vet for vaccinations and a check-up just in late May or early June, and everything seemed fine. So we don't know why his kidney was failing. I got him to the best vet who could fit us in the same day and I basically said, "If I were a millionaire and could afford any procedures, what course of action would you recommend?" I knew when I asked it that she was going to say he was too weak for any of that and it would only prolong his pain.

So I let my sons say goodbye to him and had them sit in the waiting room. Then I held him in my lap while the shot of pain medication kicked in, and I sang a Lana Del Rey song to him because that song just came to mind. Then the vet tech and I pet him while the doctor administered the shot, and I was the last thing he saw before his pupils almost entirely eclipsed his beautiful eyes and I knew he was gone. I just can't shake the feeling that I failed him somewhere along the way.

I paid the extra fee to have him cremated separately so we can get his ashes. Now I am feeling I wish I hadn't because it hurts so bad all over again, and I don't know what to do with them. Have you ever kept a pet's ashes, or dispersed them somewhere?

Why did this wolfie make a nest/web? East TX

I have always lived in east TX so I'm not a stranger to wolf spiders. But never in my life have I seen one make a web or nest. What is this spider doing? This is the corner of my bedroom.

Why are people like this

This wasn't worth the $4 tip. No one here mows their damn lawns or has sidewalks, and would it kill these people to turn on an outside light EVER? Later the same night this picture was taken, I stepped in what smelled like raw sewage in someone's yard.
