What hobbies do you do for your brain, your physical health, and your creativity?

They say we should all have five hobbies: one that keeps your mind sharp, one for your physical health, one that serves as a creative outlet, one that makes you money, and one that helps you to evolve your mindset/emotional well-being. (I would also add in one that keeps you social.)

What hobbies do you have that fit these criteria?

Some new things I’ve learned about personal growth

- we tend to set goals that are realistic, with a timeline that seems reasonable and achievable. But real, exponential growth happens when we set unrealistic, or seemingly “impossible” goals, with a timeline that feels faster than what’s realistic.

- our limiting beliefs are what stop us from reaching our highest potential for a good life. Believing that we can’t have the money, love, career, etc. that we truly want, for whatever reason, stops us from achieving it.

- everything you want exists outside of your comfort zone. If it was within your comfort zone, you’d have it already. We have to do things that feel like a stretch in order to grow!

- your thoughts create your life. Whatever you spend the majority of your time thinking about will be attracted into your life, so it’s important to think positive thoughts, and focus on your own good attributes and the things you want in life.

What foods do you eat regularly, purely for their health benefits?

I love adding in fruits for vitamin C and antioxidants, and I eat things like bananas and oranges for digestive health. I drink coconut water for hydration, and add ground flax/chia seeds to my oatmeal for fiber. I love raw honey, elderberry concentrate, and ginger root for immune protection!!
What foods do you eat daily/weekly for their health benefits?

Hi! Welcome to this community for discussing all things travel. I’m in my early 20s and have been sick for the past couple of years, so my goal and my hope is to be able to travel as soon as I’m well enough to. There are so many places in the world I want to see, and so many exciting opportunities out there waiting for me. So, I ask that people please share their travel experiences, places they loved (or didn’t like so much), tips for saving money while traveling, places to go and things to do, etc… to hopefully help myself and others plan for our future travels.😎 thanks for being here, and any posts, comments are welcome, just please be respectful! :)

My list of a few places I’m interested in visiting so far:
- Italy
- Ireland
- France
- Switzerland
- British Virgin Islands
- Hawaii
- Spain
Please share anywhere else you traveled to and loved!! :)

What’s something you heard or learned recently that helped you evolve your mindset or perspective?

For me, I’ve had to learn to let go of control, because in life, there are things we simply cannot control.💗

Things I’ve learned today:

- Believe that you deserve good things and you will see them come into your life.
- repeating mantras is very powerful. Things like “I love my life,” “I love myself,” “I attract good things,” “I am loved and safe.”

I love cheerios, chocolate Rice Krispies, or even just plain oats with raisins, bananas, & milk… or muesli! Have never tried a lot of the generic cereal brands so I’m wondering which ones people like best!
