I’m trying to create a cold, post-Soviet atmosphere for Night Record Thin Walls , the horror game I’m developing. Am I successfully conveying that feeling?
Here are a few in-game screenshots and I’d love to hear what you feel.
Після того як я виклав тут зображення, я врахував отримані відгуки та вніс деякі зміни в гру. Я прибрав баскетбольний майданчик, переробив кіоск відповідно до коментарів і зробив оточення більш брудним.
Також я намагався передати відчуття прожитих, занедбаних і справді пострадянських вулиць.
Тепер атмосфера відчувається набагато холоднішою, тихішою та більш тривожною.
Ось оновлена версія.

После того как я выложил здесь новые кадры игры, я учёл многие отзывы и внёс несколько изменений. Я убрал баскетбольную площадку, переработал киоск по комментариям и сделал окружение более грязным и запущенным.
Также я постарался передать ощущение прожитых, плохо ухоженных постсоветских улиц.
Теперь атмосфера ощущается намного холоднее, тише и тревожнее.

I’m developing this project by focusing on a different kind of fear one that gradually prepares you, rather than relying on sudden, startling moments.
It’s inspired by real-life experiences, which makes it feel a bit more personal.
