Hear me out, the panick attack's tony kept having were cause of the gabagool , his body became too dependent on the gabagool , and he started having gabagool withdrawls , dr melfi didn't know about the gabagool if he had just stopped eating gabagool the panick attack's would eventually go away

It was harpo , he found out about what Tony said at the dinner table, when he visited janice trying to find her for years but after seeing her Happy in a house and another child he killed her , but before that he heard from janice about what Tony used to say about him , so he also killed tony
Probably my favourite episode in season 6 b after the big 4 final ones , like this episode has everything it needs , it mainly revolves around two marriages of Tony & carmila and janice & bobby, it also established and kind of gave an end to bobby's character arc , and how could I forget their talk on the boat , probably the most important scene of the sopranos "you probably don't even hear it when it happens" .
Like I know not every boomer had it that good , but those who did and lived to the modern world should know the difference .
When I mean working class I mean common people , maybe in the past during a ideal kings reign the subjects may have had similar or higher quality of life but it's not possible and the way the world is going forward , no country would be able to replicate that time period for its people let alone america , that was like the best time to be born on planet earth .
