Pretty self explanatory. Worked at the Golden Arches for four years and I guess I’m just hyper sensitive about not cleaning up after yourself. I mean, you literally walk by the trash containers on your way out. It’s. Not. That. Difficult.

Just saw an ad for Bennett about taking on the dangers in Colorado. When the word danger is mentioned he shows a photo of Trump and ICE. Fine, I get it you hate Trump. Do you not care about daily stabbings, shootings, open drug use, and oh yah, did he forget about that apartment complex that was taken over by gangs in Aurora?

I mean come on, running on hating Trump may get you elected but Colorado has way bigger problems than what he refers to in this ad.

If you’re really for a better Colorado, don’t skate over the real issues affecting the state.

Just got back from a 4 mile outdoor cycle. Average HR was 153 with total workout time 39:14, yet my exercise ring only counted 17 minutes of exercise. Chose outdoor cycle as the workout. Is there something I’m doing wrong? Shouldn’t I get 39 minutes of exercise on my ring?
