I bought the Umbrella box from a fellow redditor (the box and slipcase only) so i can put both my signed copies inside! Haha it actually looks sick!

I went to the Resurrection Tour and got to meet Kevin and he signed my BluRay! then a year later i bought the 4k off his site signed by both Kevin and Jason!

Side note: the Kill Bill CD came with someone’s ticket stub when they saw the movie in 2003! sick!

Bought these in my size for $50 at Goodwill! They weren’t too dirty to start out with but definitely needed a clean up.

• I used sneaker cleaner and scrubbed the outside and underneath with a standard shoe cleaning brush

• took out the insoles and scrubbed them with the same shoe cleaner and brush i used for the outside

• unfortunately, Goodwill workers are absolute morons and always decide to write with pen at the bottom of shoes, so i genuinely tried as hard as i could to get all the pen marks out but i couldn’t completely irradiate it. I used the shoe cleaner, isopropyl alcohol, a mix of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda, but it’s still slightly visible…

• i used the same mix of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda to try and erase the glue bleeding on the bottom of one of the shoes but that shit is NOT coming off. i gave up 😂

• now my main issue was the top fronts at the toes. they had some crazy black scuffs on them and i could not for the life of me figure out how to clean it off. I tried ALL the methods listed above but none of it worked. Until i posted on this sub and asked about it and someone recommended a suede bar and brush. I ordered it from Amazon, tried out the bar and it did NOTHING. BUT, i used the wired bristle brush it came with and by stroking it in the direction of the grain, it came right out!!!! it’s a miracle!! the difference is crazy!!

• the shoes also had a slight smoke smell (hey, it’s better than a “foot” smell) so i ordered “Activated Charcoal Shoe Odor Elimination Bags” from Amazon and put 2 in each shoe, and 1 each on top of the insoles i took out of the shoes. let them sit for 3 days and now the smell has been completely eliminated!! those things worked like a charm!!

• there’s obviously some little marks and scuffs here and there but seriously, from when they were bought in the store to now being completely cleaned and revived, these 700’s look BEAUTIFUL.

Just wanted to share this here for anyone interested in how to accomplish some of these cleaning tactics. and it’s a pretty interesting come up from when i bought them!

My entire Fight Club collection! SO stoked to finally own it on 4k! I went to the 4k re-release in theaters and it was INCREDIBLE! Got to watch it with a friend who’s never seen it before and the feeling i got when he witnessed the twist for the first time, cannot ever be replicated. This movie is absolutely perfect.

I designed the steelbook and it was made by a guy who unfortunately doesn’t make steelbooks anymore! So i’m lucky to have this gem! the 4k looks UNBELIEVABLE.

Side note: i probably shouldn’t have had him put the bluray logo on the spine cause now it’s a “4k steelbook” but back when i got it made, i wouldn’t have guessed in a million years that this movie would’ve gotten a 4k upgrade 💀

Got these secondhand and i tried using 2 different shoe brushes, 2 different shoe cleaners, and soap, and i still cannot get these scuffs out. It looks like it’s just dirt but it’s not. am i just beat?
