Video captured & upscaled to 4K by me. I also added chapters for each song + the setlist. GET IT FROM HERE. Technical data, setlist and screenshots below.

Capture from france.tv -> get the m3u8 links for audio and video with Internet Download Manager -> download A/V streams with yt-dlp based on those m3u8 links -> mux these A/V streams with MKVToolNix 95.0.

4K Upscale in Avisynth+ : cropped black borders, debanding with neo_f3kdb (output to 10bit), upscaled video with nnedi3_rpow2 using Spline36Resize. The video was saved as HEVC 10bit with CRF18 and preset medium and then muxed with the original audio in a MKV container. The original video had color banding artifacts (ugly distict steps of bands instead of smooth gradients) and the fix was the neo_f3kdb filter which smoothed the background a little a added some digital grain. The 10bit output was necessary to maintain the grain & the gradients.

Chapters: manually added using the Chapter Editor of MKVToolNix 95.0. The setlist was taken from setlist.fm.

On a side note, the result has constant 25fps and that proves the original had also has constant 25fps but with the wrong VFR metadata since no frame was removed in the upscaling process.
