I need to get 2x wall mounted ACs serviced but from what i understand, general servicing only uses brush/vacuum to clean the evaporator coils so dirt will still be stuck in the gaps.

I know Urban Company offers a cheap foamjet service but there are so many reports of their techs damaging ACs that i dont dare to use them anymore. And a few years ago, i asked their customer rep and they said they dont clean the drain pan because that service is only included in the chemical wash (this is ridiculous because cleaning the drain pan is normally part of general servicing).

Did some searching but most options were about $80 for 2x units in order to jetwash the evaporator coils. Is there anything cheaper other than Urban Company?

Another problem is that most of these aircon companies will upsell by claiming the aircon is very dirty, need to use special tools/chemicals/whatever, and my mother is the type that is easily scammed by sales people so she will believe everything they say...

It keeps demanding i do a security verification every 2 hours or less, even if i do not restart my browser.. Sometimes ive gotten a security verification every 1 hour or less. I am not using a VPN, proxy or anything special...this is the only site that keeps asking me to do security verifications for some reason. For other sites, even if they ask me for a security verification, it lasts for at least 24 hours.

Its extremely annoying. There was a period where the site was normal and didnt spam me with security verifications, but its been weeks now and its been spamming me with constant security verifications and ive mentioned it via the contact form multiple times...

I saw a strange rifle normal spammer in Ruins earlier:

• Level 120/120 Braver/Ranger
• EX style 40
• Had the Granillusion weapon camo obtained via 30k kills in Ruins
• Spamming rifle normals with a ranger sub class
• Wouldn't respond in chat

Strangely enough, they were using only handout gear even though someone with 30k kills in Ruins should be able to afford a Granillusion or some rings...that requires a LOT of farming...(easily 20+ hours).

After like, 5+ minutes of trying to get their attention with no response, i just kicked them from the party. They came back a while later and started to play normally with a bow using different PAs, but went back to rifle normal spamming after a while. When i asked them why they were spamming rifle normals again, they still said nothing but quickly switched back to the bow.

I dont understand the thought process behind this. People who are farming Ruins now are mainly doing it for +100 Grans and obviously, want to kill stuff faster. And most of the people doing it are veterans who are there because they know it's the only place that +100 Grans drop.

Why would you deliberately go in there to spam rifle normals with a ranger sub...

I dont use whatsapp except for very rare occasions (usually when i need to contact some company's customer support) and for some reason, people keep trying to send me messages via whatsapp without asking whether i use whatsapp.

I am looking in the settings and i see no way to block unknown accounts from messaging me, even the privacy section only has an option to block messages from unknown accounts if they exceed "a certain volume".

It would be nice if people tried to message me on whatsapp and then got an error message instead of assuming i use whatsapp and i would get their message...

My father retired early due to a problem with one of his eyes (retina detachment). Then he had a spinal compression issue, which the doctor said was common in older people. Now he says he doesnt have strength in his limbs and cannot do anything, but he can walk to the nearby coffee shop (not a western style cafe, more like an open air food court common in Asia) about 250m away and spend 12+ hours there.

I tried to get him to help with some basic household chores, but he would put the laundry in the washing machine, then go to sleep or to the coffee shop. If I wasn't around to take them out to air dry them, they would just sit in the washing machine for hours and stink. When i tried to get him to just wait for the washing machine to finish, he didn't reply and just kept doing whatever he wanted anyway.

At other times when i tried to get him to do the laundry, he would just say nothing, then dissapear somewhere without doing it. Now he claims he cannot take things out of the washing machine because he cannot bend down to take them out, but he can bend down to put them in. I am pretty sure he is lying because he just doesn't want to wait for the wash cycle to end to take them out.

He often leaves dishes unwashed and i have seen him leave stuff in the stuff in the sink for a week. When i ask him to wash it, he says nothing then dissapears somewhere or goes to sleep. He only washes the dishes when he wants to use them and nobody else washes them for him.

He frequently comes home from the coffee shop soaked with sweat because he spent 12+ hours there, with no aircon, in a tropical climate of 30+ degrees celsius. Instead of taking a shower, he goes to bed straight away. His mattress is soaked with sweat and urine because he has bladder issues.

He doesn't bother to move the chairs back when he finishes using them, so they are often blocking the path. He frequently drops bits and pieces on the floor after meals and doesn't clean up after himself. If the microwave oven plate is misaligned after he uses it, he doesn't bother to adjust it. At the moment, he has bits of toilet paper on the floor of the kitchen toilet (he is the only one who uses it) and refuses to clean it up. He frequently leaves the lights on, sometimes overnight.

If i try to teach him how to do basic things like cooking rice in the rice cooker, he says nothing except "I don't know" and won't do it. He expects me to do pretty much everything for him.

I just tried to get him to help vacuum the kitchen with a lightweight wireless vacuum cleaner. He claimed his legs were too weak to use it, then continued to sit there watching videos on his phone. I tried to get him to help wash the rice cooker pot instead, but he just sat there and continued watching the video. At some point, the vacuum cleaner fell down next to his chair, but he didn't react and just continued watching his video.

My mother's reaction is to help him clean up after himself, but that's because she can't stand seeing him leave things around and will scream at him. He doesn't respond most of the time, and when he does, its usually "I will do it later" which makes her angrier.

And before anyone asks if i can get him to see a doctor for Dementia...i can't, because he won't do it and i cannot force him to see a doctor.

Does anyone have any advice on how to care for someone like this? He's not even putting in the minimum amount of effort and doesn't want to do anything. He was never around when I was a child either, it's not some last minute change.

Edit: We do not have the funds to hire a caretaker for him and my mother won't allow it because she feels we will lose face.

Most series that use this trope just use it as an excuse to have horny women throw themselves at the MC, who is originally from Earth and doesn't want to protect his virginity like native guys. This is not a very interesting premise because it's just an excuse for low quality smut scenes.

But what if the MC was a woman from Earth instead? I think this would have a lot more potential to tell a story. Since the women in the fantasy world would be expected to protect men, and she would be expected to court men rather than vice-versa, it would probably be serious culture shock. Watching her try to adapt would probably be way more interesting.

They used to have $5 footlongs, they were a great value meal option, and blew Mcdonalds and other fast food out of the water. I particularly loved their breakfast subs...their poached eggs were great.

Now they are charging $7.90 for a six inch Chicken Ham sub in South East Asia. Absolutely insane. It's a few slices of chicken ham (this stuff is super cheap for a reason), cheese and veggies on bread. And god forbid you get the cookies...because those are absurdly overpriced, you can literally get a bag of high quality cookies from elsewhere for the same price.

For context, you can get a large meal for $5 elsewhere. A six inch sub is at best, a snack, or a kid's meal.

It's a shame how corporate greed ruined the brand...they became famous for healthy and cheap fast food, now they are selling $15 footlongs like they are a high class restaurant or something.

They don't appear to have the Subway club here in this country either...i guess they couldn't be bothered to set it up...

Personally, i think Sols is much less annoying to fight...

Newer OldCord and OldCord used to replicate the old discord UI, but they were broken by the latest Discord update. No idea when/if they will be fixed.

I found similar themes, DTM-16 and DTM-18, but they also make substantial changes to things like the font size, type, spacing and other UI elements.

Aside from those, are there any themes that replicate old discord's UI, and that currently work on the current version of Discord?
