Want to grow my hair out but its looking quite poofy
Should I get it cut? I was thinking my face is kind of a triangle so to balance it out should grow it out like a young kurt russell. Any advice?

I currently have an online coach through one of the big coaching companies, but I want to see what the alternatives are. Especially independent coaches. I am hoping to save some money and still keep the accountability and programming expertise.
But the challege is finding them. The top hits seem to be popular influencers, and I am skeptical of those. And others are vague and overkill like $100/hr - which is not necessary for an online coach I feel.
Any ideas how I can improve my search?
