Theory: NEW KENDRICK ALBUM in AUG, its Boombap with Trap Drums and random Griselda features

The Album is Called: "Sensory Deprivation" and it will randomly drop in late August

The Griselda features will mostly be made up of jumpscare-esque adlibs that are randomly scattered throughout the LP. The Album will be 96min long and it has 5 interludes (the Interludes will feature distorted Carti throat singing attempts, that are pitched down and reverse to create a whimsical atmosphere)

Most of the Production will be by The Alchemist and some tracks by Madlib. The Sampling is harsh and almost Plunderphonics-esque, laced with a bunch of random Tupac interview Snippets.

is a 22,7 AHI on a home test enough to ruin my life?

I hope this question isnt annoying, but my home test recently showed 22,7 AHI. I just hope that something changes about me because ive been feeling like a Zombie for years now and i think it mightve ruined all my teenage years and academic performances. I currently feel as if all I wanna do and can do is sleep... and after that, sleep even more. Ive been unemployed for 2 years now and thought that it was mental health related, which is why Iam on multiple Anti-Depressant medications.

Im doing a Sleep Lab Test Soon, but I was just wondering whether the Zombie-like Symptoms could disappear and if any of you had similar complications, prior to having a CPAP.

How much time should I put into Music Production, when I can't yet make music that sounds good to me?

How much time should I put into Music Production, when I can't yet make music that sounds good to me?

i hope this is ok to ask because workflow related questions interest me the most. Im struggling with longer sessions because its mentally draining to have the music not sound good enough. I would consider myself an amateur/beginner, but ive been going at it for more than half a decade now, so i guess im somewhat experienced, but none of the stuff that i do sounds ready yet. I also switched genres like 5 times, but i still dont sound professional nor enjoyable😅
