I have done workout for 2-3 months previously (feb March April) in between I used to take nakpro pea+brown rice protein powder i never faced any stomach ache but a few days back I started exercising again and now whenever I take it after i get stomach ache within 5 mins

I thought it would be well-developed because the last place we lived in was way more developed than these villages—even though it was about 90 km away from the main city. But here, it’s a mere 20 km away, and there's still no development whyy

I'm 22f I used to be underweight until recently when I started exercising through some apps and having protein now I'm 52kgs but then I stopped due to various reasons.

Now I want to be in good shape not just weight gain but good body too I wanna do pull ups pushups everything like that but I just can't and I've no access to gym please help

So my cycle is getting quite irregular from January but it was never delayed for more than a week but this time it was supposed to come around 20th may but it came on 27th and then too it was only lil spotting or reddish pee and lil bit blood while peeing then on 3rd day it was normal flow i thought it's done but yesterday (13 june)again I got my periods and that too dark red along with clots I got it while I was taking bath and after that no heavy flow it's just clots with a Lil bit blood please help

I want less electricity consumption, fast cooling I don't know much about this but through my research I've understood iseer value matters, 5 star matters so pls keep in mind all of that also my mother is insisting to go for window ac as split AC's have more installation charges n all so if there's something which suits my conditions pls do reply
