Weird that they decided to bring it back after all those years.

So this morning I cut my finger with a scalpel that we use on boxes at a warehouse. The cut bled a fair amount before I cleaned it with soap, applied antiseptic, and put on a band aid. The cut looks like this 5 hours after.

The thing is, my parents didn’t take me to get a tetanus shot (3-shot series in childhood and a booster every 10 years).

When I was in the 9th grade (8 Years ago) i got a booster in school (but no primary series).

4 days ago I decided to get my all shots (guess I saw this coming). And the doctor started me on the tetanus series. the first shot 4 days ago, the second one in a month, and the third one in a year.

But i dont think my body has developed antibodies after only one shot? What am i supposed to do?

I was punching holes in papers yesterday and the other side of it squeezed my hand and it bled a little. This pic is from today.

Does this require tetanus?
PS. i have never been vaccinated for it because my parents never took me when i was a kid
