Can wearing the define jacket with jeans (with the button and zipper) damage it over time?

I was thinking about this and want to know what the general answer would be, in life, which one would you rather be?

This is straightforward, but i am a firm believer that math and STEM in general is one of the coolest, but worst taught things in school (obviously depending on the teacher). The amount of classmates i’ve changed the opinions of by effectively teaching them in a way suitable for their brain, and how it functions, is an exceptional amount (as a tutor), and i feel like most of the time it is the school curriculum which teaches math in a extremely superficial way when it doesn’t have to be. And maybe i am wrong and this could truly just be me but yeah, math is great, schools need to be more careful with how they promote it to students, the wrong teacher/idea and you despise it.
I obviously am also not speaking for everyone as some students excel more in things like gym, or more hands on programs, but i feel like a lot of them resort to these subjects due to the issues i mentioned!

First let me put this out there: I am NOT against fitness, I am extremely physically active, and have been my whole life. But public school gym class being HORRIBLE is something i will stand by till the end of time. My biggest argument for this is that at least at my school, Gym was the ONLY class that would move at the pace of the best/most advanced student, versus the worse, Other classes such as science and math were the exact opposite in this.

The other big problem i have with it is instead of actually teaching kids to be physically active, and embrace it in their day to day life, you usually have around 5 boys throwing dodgeballs 100 mph while the rest of us just tremble in the corner. Gym class made me second guess being active at ALL when i was younger, and based on what my younger siblings tell me it still does.

I also understand that not everyone is going to excel in academic classes, however the B.S that we had to put up with from the boys in gym class (name calling, insults, slurs) honestly made me feel no empathy for them at all. I feel like there should almost always be a competitive side of the gym, and then a non competitive side so everyone can stay happy.

I know this a bit specific but was wondering if anyone knew! I Recently moved around this area and currently have a hybrid bike.

Please please please can anyone give me a recommendation on this, i do waterline and apply eyeliner directly under my eye and so far have tried:
Urban decay 24/7 eyeliner
makeup forever aqua resist liner
annabelle eyeliner

And absolutely NONE of them work, even though they are all extremely highly rated. i DESPERATELY need a recommendation! I also prefer eyeliner to gel liners as i find the shelf life is longer!

This is more-so out of genuine curiosity, but my family recently got a membership here and when i went it was primarily older white people and then a few younger families (obviously no hate to these people). I don’t really understand the concept as i don’t dabble in tennis, swimming or really anything it has to offer, but it seems like nothing is really exclusive to the club considering how much a membership is. I moved back to halifax relatively recently coming from toronto, and remember hearing about it when i was younger, so can any native haligonians explain to me the whole deal with this place? Aswell as if anyone still even goes here?

Why do rappers, and some men in general even do this? And better yet, why do the women put up with it?

I feel like i need to vent this as it is driving me absolutely insane. I am 15F and in my country we don’t start high school for another year therefore gym class is currently mandatory. The boys in this class are absolute ANIMALS, they are ruthless and i am convinced they would rather die than lose a game of soccer. It is completely unregulated with the male gym teachers constantly taking the sides of the boys, as-well as getting berated with insults by all of them as a girl who is not particularly good at sports, i have had girl-friends cry after being relentlessly nit-picked and bullied in this class, and out of it as-well, since the boys at my school like to bully in packs, and taunt the girls. I feel like this is rarely talked about since everyone simply moves on after high school but Jesus, i cannot wait to never play dodgeball again.

hi everyone! I am posting this as i was recently gifted a Nakamura hybrid bike, and would like to get back into cycling. I haven’t done it (regularly) in a few years, but i would like to know what the most cyclist-friendly neighborhoods are, that are also worth biking in! Unfortunately my bike doesn’t do well on rough terrain, and i am getting a bit bored of cycling around the same few blocks in my own neighbourhood. any recommendations are appreciated thanks!

I recently got this eyeliner as a gift for my birthday and i absolutely hate to admit it but i am in love with this liner, it does not BUDGE. However, 40$ (CAD) is not a pretty price point and i would absolutely love to find a dupe that is LONG LASTING! Any recommendations are greatly appreciated, thanks!

I have not extremely short hair, but a shoulder length layered bob and i am really contemplating buying one of these! It is not long enough to put in a (nice looking) ponytail, and i was wondering if anyone has any photos (or even just a general description) of short hair in one of these headbands!

Personally love dee dees, but as summer is approaching i really would love to try other ones!
