Hey guys i have been trying to loose weight from past 2 years and lost 25 i was 84 and today im 60 but it was mostly agressive , was doing weight training a year back but now i cant go to gym so doing cardio from past a year and little bit of core, im looking smaller but my body isnt toned and im vegetarian too that too in a small town so getting low fat protwin is lip tough i mostly eat soya and beans sprouts and all ..

I m feeling my belly is very soft these days imean loose kinda im scared ye loose skin to nahi h , and ise fix kaise kru and im loosing my curves also almost all ,now sometimes i look weak, i want to vrow glutes i have 7.5kg dumbell with me , is it really possible to be toned after loosing lot of fat like normal girls who were always thin and fit, and any realistic approach for glutes

There is a doctor in my area, and this is a fairly rural place where we don't have many options for medical care.

He he is MBBS + PG (Radio) im not sure about radio btw yes its true ig, , and he also runs a diagnostic centre where they do things like CT scans, sonography, etc. I believe they are planning to install a CT scanner soon as well. His wife is a doctor who returned from Russia, but as far as I know, she hasn't cleared the FMGE. She is currently handling another clinic of his.

One of my nieces is a patient there. She has a condition because of which she becomes severely ill every few months and sometimes needs blood transfusions and admission. What concerns me is that this doctor seems to admit almost everyone who comes to him, even for relatively minor problems, and he frequently puts patients on IV fluids/glucose.

Even though we are somewhat known to him, the charges are extremely high. For what seems like a relatively normal medical condition, a bill of ₹10,000–15,000 is apparently quite common. I've also personally seen situations where I felt that the diagnosis or reports were questionable. For example, on one occasion, a report was later considered incorrect by another doctor.

I'm not sure what the appropriate thing to do is. The problem is that this is a rural area and he is practically the only doctor available here, so people don't have many alternatives.

I also hear that he earns an extremely large amount from this practice, reportedly around ₹ 20-30 lakh per month,(not exaggerating tbh kismat chmki h iski)

I'm posting this because I'm genuinely confused about what can or should be done in a situation like this. Specially his wife case man she is foreign return i can bet usne clear ni kra h khrid liya ho to idk, what is the appropriate way to raise a complaint without making unverified allegations?
