2 weeks in. Couple of questions I can't find answers to online

I had a strange pain in ribs (backside) that went away after day 2. The tremors also reached upper body and I have strong upper body tremors which I enjoy. My upper body thumps and rocks left and right rhythmically and non rhythmically. visually looks like an exorcism. I dont feel anything emotionally yet, but that's not my question

My question is: Tremors stop as soon as I bring my back down on the floor. Keeping the back arched is a strenuous task. In all of the video tutorials I've seen, the practitioners bring their pelvis/back down after 1-2 minutes of arching it. And then keep on tremoring.

I dont carry on tremoring. Therefore I can only tremor for a few seconds before I have to bring my pelvis/back down due to strain. This is not to say my body isnt tremoring. It is strongly tremoring but not when my back is down, unlike how people keep on tremoring

2 weeks ago i posted this question and i was suggested to keep my hips slightly elevated when upper back settles. That position is also hard to maintain because my strongly tremoring upper body brings hips down anyway.

I also do all warm up exercises

My goal is to be able to do 10 minutes session daily. It's not possible with back arched for 10 minutes. Help

Another addition to the "Should I begin with GD by Cicero or KM&GWOST or IHH by Bardon" question

I recently came across the book "A Systematic Course in the Ancient Tantric Techniques of Yoga and Kriya" by Swami Satyananda Saraswati of Bihar School of Yoga.

The Book is divided into 3 parts, 36 lessons total. The book does not expect prior yoga experience. From a cursory reading I assume it takes ~3 years to complete the book. 60 minutes to 90 minutes daily time commitment is required (although shorter daily practices which take 15-30 minutes are also given)

The school of yoga has been involved in problematic things but the theory in book seems solid.

I'm thinking of making this my primary manual and using IHH by Bardon as a secondary manual (because IHH is hard and unlike the yoga book, I dont have the pretentiousness to expect that I'll breeze through IHH easily)

Has anyone completed or worked through this book? If yes, do you think practicing IHH along with it cause dissonance while integrating what I'm learning?

Has anyone completed the book "A systematic course in the ancient tantric techniques of yoga and kriya" by Swami Satyananda Sarawati?

Its divided into 3 parts, 36 lessons. Probably takes 2 to 4 years to complete. It's an investment of time. Anecdotes will be reassuring that the giving this much time to the book is worth it

Its by Bihar School of Yoga. I've read some other books. They seemed fine.

Opinions on this one?

Tried TRE for the first time. Tremors stop when stop arching my back + bonus question

My tremors stop as soon as my back hits the floor. I have kept my back and hips above for enough time. but the tremors always stop when I put my back to rest.

I saw a video where Dr. Berceli said the point of the main exercise is not to induce muscle pain. I have tried arching till muscle ache, tried with less muscle ache. The tremors always stop

What am I doing wrong?

Bonus question:

As I arch, I feel a pain at the right side of the lower ribcage . I am not sure whether the pain is coming from intercostal muscle or a rib. It feels as if there is some small object like a small lego block beneath my back on which I lied before checking. I have to slightly adjust my position to not have that pointed pain.

I was chatting with deepseek about TRE. It went on saying "The diaphragm is the primary muscle of emotional and trauma suppression."

I want to know if this is pain is a common occurance or the AI is trying to validate whatever I'm saying

Intelligence matters because it helps us understand the world instead of just reacting to it.
It allows us to solve problems, make better choices, and learn from our mistakes.
With intelligence, we can adapt when things change instead of feeling stuck.
It also helps us communicate, connect, and understand other people more deeply.
In the end, intelligence is what turns experience into growth and progress.

Is 1.6-2.2 g protein/kg thumb rule for your healthy weight range or for your current weight?

I'm 15 kg overweight by BMI standard. I have lived a sedentary lifestyle for years, so I'm just fat, not clean bulked or anything. just started gym again after 10 years

Given my current weight (80 kg), do I need 160 g of protein daily (80 * 2), or do I take protein as per my healthy BMI range (65 kg) which would be 130 grams?
