If you’re in a group studying German how do you study together? Like what are some ways? I started a German language group on bumble bff so we could meetup once or twice a week to study German together. I was hoping it would be a lot of people and we could figure out ways to study together but it’s 4 people in the group including me and only one person still gets on the app from it. We’re meeting tomorrow at a library but I really don’t know how to study. I’ve never been part of a study group. When I was in school I didn’t study I just remembered what I could. I either knew the answers or I didn’t. I have a German for dummies book I bought that I’m bringing.

I’m about to go to an interview at Whole Foods today. I’m so nervous 😬. I haven’t did a in person interview since before the pandemic. What questions can I expect? It says it’s a 30 minute interview so I think I would they would ask a lot of questions but I’m not sure. Most of the interviews I have done were really short but I got the job most of the time. Also what type of questions do they expect you to ask?

If anybody went to college in Saskatoon were you able to find off campus housing that allowed a pet? I have a small dog and have been trying to figure it out. Every time I search on google the ai says yes they do allow pets but the landlords can reject them. I can only see apartments on Zillow I’m not sure if they’re college apartments. You don’t have to say where. I just wanted to know if some actually allowed small pets.

I did ancestry 3 or 4 years ago to find out if my grandfather was my grandfather after he died. He is my biological father’s adoptive dad. And to also find my mom’s mother’s dad and his family since she didn’t know them. My mom had told me while he was sick that he wasn’t my grandfather. My real grandfather was a deadbeat and let my granddad raise him. I was so shocked and didn’t believe her.

My granddad always treated me & my siblings like his grandchildren and loved us. He was a great father and grandfather. My biological dad is a deadbeat and I didn’t understand how he could be the complete opposite of my granddad. But now I know. When I got my results I saw my closest match was my half sister and this older lady. I messaged the older lady to see who she was. I found out she was my granddad’s half sister I met at his funeral. We didn’t know he had family outside of my grandma’s family. I always thought he was the only child. He never talked about having siblings or his siblings never came to the house or events. They all live in different states.

I was excited because I happy that he was my grandfather. Until 2 weeks ago when my little brother came home saying he went out to eat at lunch with our bio father and half sister who we don’t know. He said that our dad showed him pictures of this random dude and said it was his dad. Now I’m thinking my grandma had an affair with his brother or cousin or something because this doesn’t make any sense. All of my granddad family matched with me on ancestry. My great aunt and half sister are my highest matches. So either my granddad is adopted or related to my real granddad and my aunt and uncles are cousins also or something this is so weird. I should’ve known something was up because my dad has the same last name as my grandma and all of his siblings have my granddad last name. I asked why when I was a teenager and my great aunt on my grandma’s side came up with a lie that her dad wanted his first grandchild to have his last name. This has been a family secret for so long. I’m so angry about it. I’m always going to look at him as my grandparent but I’m disappointed.

This girl in my group I made keeps asking for rides everytime the other group members are making plans to meet. And keeps saying sad stuff making everybody feel guilty. Everybody ignores her and when they don’t ignore her they tell her she lives too far. She does live way too far. I want to text her to stop asking people for rides but I don’t want to sound mean. I don’t think it’s safe to get rides from strangers you never met and to tell them where you live. They could be a catfish. How can I tell her politely?

I’m so excited! today I found the whole series on internet archive. I used to watch it when I was 10. It got cancelled and they played reruns of it for a short amount of time then it never came on again. It’s about a girl who goes to college and decides to live off campus. She finds out her roommate’s are all guys. It’s interesting and funny 😄.

I’m applying to a in university from the US. I meet the requirements. But is it really competitive do I have to do extra volunteer work or something to stand out?

What times do overnight full time positions start and end at? The site doesn’t say the times.

How do I make 2 controllers work at the same time on my new gaming pc? This is my first gaming pc. I’ve been trying to play multiplayer on retro games with my family. The 2nd controller always doesn’t work. I’m playing on the ps2 emulator **PCSX2,** the ps3 one, GameCube ladybug, DS. I’ve been trying to play bustin out, sims 1 & 2 with my sister, fighting and racing games with my neices and nephew.

I am a grown adult that moved back in with their parents. My teenage little brother has been breaking into my locked room door and raping me in my sleep. He hasn’t anymore. My sleep is messed up now I stay up all night and only get 3-4 hours of sleep in the morning. I always hear him talking to his cousins and friends about raping me and joking about it. I think they’re in on it too. I have his iPad with his apple account logged on. But I can’t access it because the iPad has a broken charger piece stuck deep inside. I took it to the Apple Store and they can’t get it out. It needs a new charging port. I have his iCloud password. It was my dad’s iCloud account and he gave me the password a couple of months ago. But I can’t login I don’t have the number connected to it for verification. I have been trying to hack into devices for months for evidence. Am I legally allowed to give the police the password so they can search for evidence in texts, pictures, and videos? I want his friends and cousins investigated too. I heard his friend asking him to come in my room recently and my brother shouted she’s not sleep. Also if there is evidence in his phone and the other boys are connected with the cops search in their devices too? I do want to report to the police I just feel like I need evidence. I don’t want him to get away with it due to lack of evidence and I get kicked out because my parents think I’m lying.

Do scammers set up bots on apps to do the work for them? I’ve been really confused because it’s literally a whole bunch of art scammers on bumble bff multiple of them are using Deja Corrin’s pictures. That’s their default. It’s rare they use other artists pictures. They keep joining this art group I’m in and it seems like they’re bots they’re hoping the group on the same days. They all reply with the same messages and don’t talk outside of asking you if you want to get paid and they could paint your picture. Also asking for your bank information. The other times I messaged them before they had time to message me and they left the chat or ignored you if you tried to have a conversation with them. I still wonder if they’re bots. It’s too many of them. It’s only one scammer who actually read the messages I sent. They keep naming themself Cherry and don’t use any of Deja’s pictures. If it’s not bots it’s a group of people. I don’t understand why all of the accounts have the same girl’s face on though. That makes it obvious it’s not the person.

I don’t think all elderly people are mean. At all of my jobs there’s not a lot of young people working there. There’s mostly elderly coworkers and they’re just rude and disrespectful for no reason. I had 2 ladies at one of my old jobs when I was in my early twenties roast me everyday and insult my intelligence. They said I had raggedy shoes, didn’t dress nice, and needed my hair done. I was literally 23 or 24 and they were in their 50’s and 60’s. I was a bus aide and wasn’t trying to impress anybody. The only people we’re seeing outside the bus terminal besides the kids and their parents. All of my coworkers kept trying to hook me up with this dude I didn’t like. He was my age and we were 2 of the youngest people there. He was a nice dude I just didn’t like him romantically.

everyone was trying to be super nosey in my love life asking me if I had a boyfriend. One of the ladies that kept roasting me tried to hook me up with a new dude that was there. He was 4 years older than me. But I kept telling her to stop trying to hook me up with people she didn’t listen. I finally had enough of it and sent an angry text to one of them and the next day they were both feeling bad and apologizing. I didn’t want to try to have a relationship with them again.

4 years later I met a neighbor while walking my dog around my apartment complex and we pet each other’s dog and talked for like 2 or 3 hours outside. I thought she was really cool. We exchanged numbers and hung out a couple of times. I didn’t care about her age. She was 60 years old and looked good. I had told her about my plans to move abroad and study. She was encouraging. I moved back to my parents house to save money and called her after the move. She seemed fine at first. She asked me if I could help her setup a gofundme for her dog’s surgery and I agreed. She then asked me to be a sponsor. I didn’t know what she meant. When I think about sponsors I think about companies paying influencers for promotion.

She got me I didn’t know what she meant and started insulting my intelligence. It was really like she turned into a different person. She was talking about she was going to tell me what to do with my life. I didn’t feel like arguing with her I just told her to have a nice night and hung up the phone. A week after she texts me that she’s thinking about me. I ignored her and we never talked again. I don’t understand why she thought I was going to meetup with her and let her roast me and tell me what to do with my life. I just cut people off and stop talking to them. After that I’m not trying to befriend older people anymore. I keep meeting the same type of people. I want to move away and meet new types of people. I have a hard time trying to befriend people my age. And I don’t really meet people my age. You mostly meet people at your jobs. If I try to talk to people outside of my jobs like at a grocery store or something people really don’t want to talk to strangers. I do wish it was like the movies where you meet someone somewhere and become friends later on.
