Focus And Consistency Are Underrated🎯‼️

Same Place BUT 2 Different Athletes

2024- Was Training Calisthenics , But Only Resistance (Sets and Reps) , Didn’t Took Statics/ Skills Serious.

2026- Decided To Put My All Into A Frustrating Road Of Statics/Skills and Achieved Things That I Couldn’t Imagine.

I Didn’t Stop Training… I Just Put My Focus On Something Totally Different And It Worked.
