LOVE that the photos you take on your adventures pop up on your loading screen. Such a small little thing but makes such a big difference personalising your journey! I very rarely ever find myself on photo mode on different games but I find myself always taking snaps in this game. Mainly because I know they will pop up on my loading screen in the future. Brilliant little addition.

First time watching this. Loved every second of it! Can’t believe it’s flown under my radar for so long! Highly recommended. Friedkin knew how to make an exciting film that’s for sure!

Got it for £9 after using a voucher! Can’t wait to watch them tonight!

My favourite book series of all time! Looks amazing in person. I’ve listened to all the books 5x over but haven’t read them in years. Now’s the time. Got this second hand for £13! Cant wait to get started!

God this film is awful. 😂 First 10 minutes starts off strong. It’s James Caan and Robert Duvall for god sake and Peckinpah is directing! I thought I was in for a treat. I was badly wrong but in a good way.

Basically Caan’s character nearly gets killed at the beginning of the film. I kid you not this film has a 30-40 minute montage of his recovery process. It’s painfully slow. Then in his rehabilitation process he starts doing martial arts very publicly on top of a rooftop so everyone can see. (He’s supposed to be a top CIA undercover operative btw) 😂

Next phase there’s some bad martial arts scenes in an airport. Caan’s character is hobbling around everywhere. It takes 1 hour and 20 minutes into the film until the first real shootout. Duvall’s character is using a rifle of some sort and they have a shootout in a very public street with uzis. Bullets going everywhere. Robert Duvall very slowly walks away after shooting up half of San Francisco.

Burt Young is the getaway driver. He looks over his shoulder every 2 minutes to see if they lost the cops (in an ancient cab) There’s a random bomb underneath his cab. The more I write about this the more I actually find it hilarious.

The film is all over the place. If you want a good laugh. Watch this film. It’s hilariously bad.

I forgot to add. This is where it gets really good. There’s ninjas in the final fight. Yes real ninjas fighting people with guns in broad daylight. Ninjas fighting Burt Young in slow motion. 😂

I bought a Kindle paperwhite second hand on a whim as the guy would sell it for £50. I’m going through a book a fortnight now. Before I was doing a book a year if I was lucky! Part of my daily routine is to now do at least 10% more on my book I’m reading. At any given time. So I go to my local park and read. It’s almost like a meditation to me. Hearing nature around me while reading my favourite book series of all time (The Horus Hersey) just a pure delight. Best purchase of the year by far.
