How Blinkit will scam and strong arm you as a corporate
So, I ordered an oil bottle which they delivered leaking or leaked. I raised a chat support query. Then they put me on shadow block since for 48 hours to avoid acknowledging the issue.
I emailed them since I couldn't resolve or get chat support on app and it went on with their scripted replies and calls with fake sorry.
I raised a NCH complaint and Credit Card dispute as well which they vaguely answered without any proper response.
I don't want to drag it to courts cause you know how smooth and inexpensive of a course that is.
Just letting everyone know how in future they'd handle or treat you if you give too much power to a single company like Blinkit instead of considering alternatives as well. They'll just leech and mooch off of you until they need and just act all high and mighty once they don't have competitors in tier 2/3 city.
The weird part is they got the pictures you can clearly see the box is drenched and they still were shameless and adamant on not accepting there mistakes.
No wonder there are no ethics, morals, principles, honesty or dignity of any Indian company unlike many companies in West or even other countries where they atleast are customer first. I never even faced an issue such as this with Amazon in past.
Copycat startups.
