I'm curious, who do Brazil, Peru, and S. Korea keep the 90-day visit, while most others go to 30?
Anyone know the special relationship Thailand has with the countries? Even many other SE Asian countries are in the 30 day bucket.

It's been done to death, but Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah" was covered about as perfectly as you can get by K. D. Lang. There are many excellent attempts, but hers I feel is the best, even more than Jeff Buckley.
(I'm also torn by K. D.'s cover of "Crying" by Roy Orbison)
After experimenting with mixed ferments of other probiotics, coming back to Reuteri. Doing the standard 36 hours, 10 billion CFU innoculation in almost 1L of half and half, but using the LR08. I have quite a few of those pills left so want to use them up before I go for Osfortis.
For those who have used LR08, what benefits have you seen? I know it's not as well studied as the Biogaia ones and I don't anticipate much in the way of the oxytocin effects, but still curious. I'm male if that matters, so the apparent vaginal health benefits I can ignore.

I feel this is a relatively accurate alignment chart of today's drag superstars.
Making it my goal to eventually get a majority of my daily protein from vegetarian sources, but I also need to replace the umami I get from meat that I'll be paring down.
I know the two biggest ones are mushrooms and tomatoes (where they in fact isolated MSG from if I recall), but what are your favorite preparations or ingredients to add a whole bunch of umami to a dish?
Lesson learned, and next time will pay the extra for the option to last all day (I enjoy this scent).
But in the mean time, any fixatives readily available to me I could add to it and what is the ratio per 100ml?
I don't have room to hold a lot of varieties of beans, on my counter, but this mix is a no-brainer. I soak some the night before (or from the morning) and just cook it for dinner the next night. I get the variety and 1/4 Cup dry is about 18g of fiber.
Looking to plug any gaps nutritionally and since lithium is needed in only trace amounts for most people was looking for advice on best foods to meet that minimum?
Nuts and seeds seem to be top of the list, and grains as well (I'm sticking mostly to oats only for now). Any other advice on best foods for lithium?
Trying to go heavier on the slow and medium digestion sources, and this makes things much easier to visualize. Hope it helps everyone.
Kefir is a broad spectrum probioitic. Milk kefir starts at a total of 30+ bacteria/yeast but higher in some cases. I also get at least 30g of fiber a day (mix of soluble and insoluble). With that in mind, are there really any benefits in eating fermented foods beyond taste?
The reason is because they are wild ferments, they may have some bacteria not in my kefir, but wondering if the effort is worth it, beyond going for the taste factor. Thanks!
Lesson learned, no matter how valid the charity (Easter Seals)
I'm not a day trader or even a closely approaching that level of dedication because of my day job. ETF's provide a great way to filter out the noise. I may not get the max benefits, for example from LEAP calls, on individual stocks, but some well managed and defined ETFs that match my goals may be an option.
I may still once in a while trade individual stocks, but for now, especially to filter out noise, maybe focus on ETFs for a while.
Thanks for your advicd!
I barely remember any Oracle, and know nothing about PostGres, but in a section on a LinkedIn post it goes top 3 required: Oracle, MS SQL, and PostgreSQL.
It even has a separate top 3 preferred, which I know is room to budge?
Thoughts on how flexible these companies are from your experience on what is truly "required", especially with my long experience in MS SQL?
I am deliberately not looking for specific stocks/etfs, but general ways to determine the course of how you think the world will shape up in the next few months, next year, and even next few years?
For example, currently in my "story" I have China becoming more resilient and recovering and alternative envergy and materials getting more interest as people realize that oil will be volatile for a while
From these larger points, I create actionable items that may or may not involve looking at specific trades, but may also say look in these sectors (e.g. rare earths, solar, wind for alternative energy).
Any good guides you can recommend to help me get this big picture on paper, or some detail on how you do it?
I feel this would be a full circle moment bridging the gap between a finely oiled machine that is temperamental and demanding, and stock car racing.
My blood pressure is in the normal rate and no heart issues. I drink coffee twice a day in the morning about a couple hours apart. As that is an entirely normal amount of caffeine for a lot of people, I was wondering if 10mg (and possible increases later) would be too much. Curious what everyone's experience is with coffee.
Sometimes I need something simple at work and don't want the complexities of an actual dish, just something quick. Where would be a good place to buy grilled chicken nuggets? Thanks all!
