What we know from the last round of faction buffs

We know that there’ll buff minor tweaks to the character mechanics(Venti’s burst aim and Klee’s animations)

Then since it’s a faction buff most of the buffs will require that being active

Constellations can either be a mix of both(Albedo) or just straight buffs regardless of faction(Klee)

So what should we expect for the Heaven’s Star himself

His dmg% no longer discriminated which type of swirl he does

Like he could swirl pyro but still give dmg% to cryo/hydro/electro as well

I’m going for C1 Mitya so I fully expect to get a good number of Valeriy cons (fingers crossed)

I’m just curious if anyone knows how it compares to other shields

I’m thinking either the new battle pass sword or getting the second refinement on the new polearm

For anybody who has the new sword, do you know if it’s a better experience than the black sword?

I ask because there’s word that Noy will do the same to Sucrose

The thing is he’s not scheduled to be released till 7.5 so I’m just curious because I know Nicole was rumored to be an ATK buffer well before her beta so anyone who knows when off the top their head

Skill, after using his skill he will temporarily have the ability to use a high jump that can dish out a burst form plunge attack(gaming+cyno)

Burst, while in burst mode every use of his skill boost his overall dmg 50/100/150

C1, every use of his skill now increases his crit rate 5/10/15

C2, for every Anemo unit in the party he regenerates 2/4/6 for every plunging attack

C4, heals HP based on dmg dealt while in burst mode

C6, now every two plunging attacks will reset the cool down on his skill + a flat 300 atk boost

Thoughts?

Like no Anemo shred outside stellar swirl

Her C1 got nerfed last minute

Her base kit does less than Faruzan

She doesn’t even feel like a bitcoin character because when have units like Escoffier and Furina who do a whole lot more for the hydro community

It’s depressing because Ive loved mermaids ever since I was a kid and I was excited to pull her

But now….whats even the point?

I’m not getting Vesna and I’m not getting her C1 so….I’m just lost

So the current leak right now says that he’s going to have increased DPS and some support so here’s my idea

Give him Hu Tao’s passive (convert HP to ATK)

Because as we all know, all of his damage is technically ATK scaling it’s just that his shield scales with HP and all his dmg gets a boost from his HP so

While his shield is active he gets a percentage of his HP converted into attack

Then for his burst give it a Mavuika level nuke buff

As for his pillar, while his shield is active, if it breaks, it can respawn

And then for the cherry on top, petrifaction becomes something like Mona’s Omen, so while larger enemies still can’t be petrified they will now take increased damage, it starts with 4 seconds but hitting it with Geo attacks extends it to a max of 12

And just for shits and giggles he should get a weapon skin

Nod Krai skipped the trend of a character from the previous because it was all lunar and hex stuff so I’m sure Sneznaya will pickup where we left off

Also, just the fact that he’s connect to the Mare Jivari is telling as well

Since Rimegrass is all confirmed to be an actual reaction in game, that’ll be a net plus for what characters Kinich can use

If Rimegrass had a pyro variant like Bloom has Burgeon

I can imagine the potential that could bring to Kinich teams

According to the leaks

Characters involved in Rimegrass appear to be

Tsaritsa for obvious reasons

Noy a Dendro support

Danica can shred Dendro

Then there’s Enjou, Mr. lavawalker

Now why would HE get involved in a reaction that has only ever seen involvement with Cryo, Electro, and Dendro?

It’s like I said I feel very sure that there’ll be a pyro varient of Rimegrass

So a potential team could be

Kinich/Enjou/Tsarita/Baizhu

Baizhu because he got a buff for lunar bloom so Rimegrass will likely get an addition as well

We could get a prune rerun with Vesna and Vodyanista

I read somewhere that her Quills now work on damage generated by the stellar swirl reaction as opposed to just direct stellar damage

Which was honestly the last nail in the coffin for me at the time because I wasn’t going to pull for Vesna and I especially wasn’t going to pull for her just to use Vodyanista

I really like Vodyanista because she’s a mermaid and when I was a kid, I was a huge mermaid fan so having one game would be freaking awesome

So my initial thought was that I could use her on Mizuki’s team but then when I heard that her quills only work on direct stellar damage and most of Mizuki’s dmg comes from buffing the dmg of the vortex stellar swirl creates

But then we find out that that’s not the case and I am extremely disappointed

But just now I saw a post on Twitter saying that her quills do work on vortex damage

I just wanna know if anyone else has seen this and if they know if it’s true or not

UPDATE: Leaks sub confirmed that her inability to buff. The base reaction damage was indeed a bug. Looks like my C2 Mitya is now a C1

So the idea is that instead of a flat damage boost and just making him ATK scaling Neuvillette

We make him ATK scaling Maulani

Or in lore terms, he finally masters the bow

His skill mode will be used to build up stacks, once the requirement is met he can switch to aim mode that instantly charges an arrow that consumes all the stacks each stack create a follow up attack that scales off the previous damage, so for example, if the first shot is a vape reaction, then the following attacks will scale to that damage so it would be like hitting a bunch of vapes at once

Then the cooldown is shaved for however many stacks were built up during skill mode

The idea would be a way to incorporate both modes

So you’d enter skill mode, normals, charged, and riptides build up stacks

Then even while in skill mode the aim feature will activate going into aim mode will cancel the skill mode

Said aim mode will have an instant charge of the arrow and simply wait for the pyro aura to be activated then fire
