Yesterday i was driving onto the ramp and ran over something , it was a pretty big bump , tire pressure went down , changed it and put it into a donut. As i was driving later i heard a rattling sound (as heard in video) and check engine light came on. That could be from the donut, who knows until i can get it checked at auto zone or after i put a full size tire on in morning but any idea what this sound could make ? It does not make the sound on idle , barely any driving slow.

Starting a week or so ago i’ve gotten bites over my legs and thighs. I have trapped what i think are gnats on my traps but not sure if that’s what’s biting me or could possible be bed bugs , please help

I must point out that my plug traps have been catching what i think are gnats. (I can add a pic in the morning when i get home.) This has been happening for about a week or two.

Long story short i went to the dentist today and had a deep clean on my right side of mouth along with laser for gums

Today 5-6 hours after words i am chewing gum and feel something on one of my teeth on left come off and i was like oh it’s maybe plaque from the cleaning and NO it was half of my tooth ! Mind you this side was not touched today.
The only thing i think could’ve happened was when she had me bite on the thing to take a xray pic i bit on it the wrong way and maybe didn’t feel how hard at first.

I did put the tooth in milk just incase it is salvageable. I do have a appt monday for the left side but i have to see what they say about the tooth , what would be my options ?

and yes my teeth are bad that’s why i did a deep clean to fix them
